After waiting 5 mins or so for any acknowledgment another worker came out the back (didn't even think that someone else was there) and didn't acknowledge us...this one hopped in the convo that was going on with the customer that we found there ( this wasn't even a conversation @ jewelry). So after being ignored for another two mins we left. Apparently not all money nor patrons are accepted here. I can't say that I am shocked but I think that I am more disappointed with the ignorance. Never will they EVER have me nor my money at this store. Customer service is horrible. Glad that I did not put my hard earned dollars into this business. All I can say is you never know who's who and who has how much money but it's unfortunate they lost a really big sale. I called for Lori and she was helpful on the phone and said bring it in and they could help me. Well I must say Lori and team were extremely nice, and extraordinarily knowledgeable, especially on older antique cut diamonds. Lori helped me understand how they were done, it's cut, clarity and carat as well as its authenticity. I've come here so often that I recognize almost all of the sales ladies here! The most recent time was when my bestie, Mary Elizabeth and her sorority had a fundraiser here. So I bought her Christmas present and my own! I love the fact that they are so philanthropic and help raise money for charities. One night I popped in and they were having another fundraiser for a non profit. They had snacks and drinks! I love Kendra Scott's jewelry and appreciate that they have a great exchange policy if I change my mind. I have the abalone pearl, black, white druzy, and now purple druzy earrings and necklaces! What can i say, I'm addicted! And the service here is impeccable! Just remember there is parking in the back!
