This place is great! It's an active senior (55+) apartment complex. We've lived here for nearly a…read moreyear. We love our small, clean, well-kept apartment. There's not much noise transmission between apartments. You'd never know there are 150 apartments because foot traffic is very low. The clubhouse has a pool, hot tub, fitness room, grand piano, kitchen and pool table.The apartment building has a reading room, game room, puzzle room and mail room. The exterior is elegant, the grounds are immaculate and the common areas are beautiful. Management is friendly and maintenance is prompt and thorough. The location is convenient. Grocery stores, fast food and assorted service businesses are within a few blocks. The freeway, a hospital and another commercial district are less than 2 miles away. There's a fishing reservoir nearby, as well as a canyon with a walking/hiking trail. It starts out very easy, then gets harder leading to a meadow with a lake, or waterfall or something like that. I've only gotten as far as the beginning of the easy part.

They definitely helped make this feel like home. The staff was one of the reasons we moved in. Compared to other places we checked out, the staff was very genuine. The maintenance was amazing and quick. Great location. Made grocery shopping nice! A little out dated but still nice. The walls are also thin so you can hear everything so if you're sensitive to noise wear ear plugs! Haha The only reason we have ended our lease was because rent went up and we felt like we could find something similar or a little more expensive but bigger. It's great for a beginning family. Again, we loved it here! I didn't give it a 5 star strictly based off of our neighbors who were loud and constantly smoked. (it would rise into our apartment) Our neighbors would also have guests who would park in our assigned spot, which wasn't too bad if there was an open space by the front office. And lastly, because we haven't officially moved out and i'm not sure how the move-out process will go. Hoping we don't get charged for stuff that was already there. Highly recommend!

On one occasion, they repaved the parking lot and forced all the Elderly residents to park their cars at the bottom of a hill and walk up the hill to get to the apartment. This obviously caused health complications for my mother, who ended up in the emergency room due to her blood pressure. I am currently putting a report into HUD services and hope their will be an investigation. This review is for anyone who is looking to move to this location. DO NOT MOVE HERE. If you are a social worker, do not allow seniors to move here. Find somewhere else. There should be criminal charges brought up on the owner.

These apartments are directly within my vicinity of my house. I have little ones that often shy…read moreaway from playing in my backyard because the Skyline Apartment management has designated that smokers need to go off property and more specifically, right Next to my house where my children are playing. Some are respectful but most are not. I have had repeated attempts to address the concern with Heidi from management. I understand they are a "smoke free environment" but they are just pushing it onto the rest of the neighborhood and not having any accountability. It is the tenants choice on where they go, but since the apartments define the exact spot by my house, they are open to a civil lawsuit. Not only do they leave trash, but now that it has become a health hazard for my children and effects the quality of living at our own house, according to Utah law with second hand smoke drifting into residential housing, I will be seeking to civilly prosecute Skyline Apartments and Hedi from management.

I said no i do not and they said "well you hesitated to long on your answer you must be lying. Come back in 6 months and we'll give you a application."
