After having disappointing results with a couple of other firms who promised me the moon and couldn't deliver I was careful who I was going to go with this time. What I liked about ebiz was that they were very upfront with me. I was made aware that SEO is a long term process and I need to be patient as results don't happen overnight. A fact that the other companies were not very forthcoming about. I am an impatient guy and I wanted results asap but they said legitimate SEO takes time. I am so glad I went with them because now 3 months later (much earlier than what they promised) my sales are up roughly 1200% and I am getting real results. I could have probably increased my sales even more if I had listened to their advice to get a new website but due to my prior experiences with other firms I wanted to take it slow. After I saw the results from online sales I didnt wait any longer and got my website redesigned. This made another big difference in results almost immediately as the new web design was modern and it was mobile friendly. The next logical step according to them was to do social media marketing and I agreed and they ran a test campaign centered around Mother's Day and boy was I surprised by the results!! I was a believer that digital marketing was the way to go. Another thing I liked was that...they were very accomodative to the changes that I requested. At the other firms from my prior exeperiences they try to talk you out of it but not at ebiz. Now I'm getting them to design two other websites for my other businesses and I have recommended them to a couple if my business contacts. I like that they offered me discounts on these two projects and agreed to do another non profit website (newest venture to help the poor and needy) for free. I'm glad that I have a long term partner in ebizuniverse and I think I have found my perfect online marketing partner. To…read morestart off, I should mention I am not an expert in computers & technology, but at the same time I am not a novice either. I have fixed and modded computer components & have built PC's plenty of times on my own. First time I went here, I went to get my 15" Macbook Pro Retina laptop screen fixed, an easy repair. I went here because I was too busy to do it myself. Sorin (lead repair tech) advised to replace my broken screen with a used screen to reduce the repair cost. I said thats sounds good and proceeded. When I got the repair back, the screen itself was dirty and the metal lid had tape and residue on it. I understand that the replacement part was a used piece, but he couldn't spend 5 minutes wiping it down and making it look presentable? This was a $500+ repair. At the end of the day, it isn't a big deal, but the reason I mention this is because it is relevant for my next experience with him and this business. My $7500 custom build PC that I had built, suddenly no longer could boot up, POST or enter BIOS. Sorin offered a diagnostics test for $80. I agreed as I needed to confirm which of my parts was malfunctioning so that I could process a warranty claim with the brand. On the phone, I had asked him if I should bring manuals - he said no. I bring in my PC and I tell him I will be right back as I left my power cable for the PSU in my car. He admentently says I don't need to bring it in (without even looking at my PC). Okay fine...I'm not going to argue with a "professional". I also asked if he would like to be provided a list of the parts in my PC to help him troubleshoot more efficiently. He said nope, no need. I drive back home. Next day, I get a call from him and he tells me that he did not realize my PSU (Corsair AX1600i) has a different plug and that he requires me to bring in my power cable. Great. Now I have to drive all the way back to the store when this could have been avoided if he took 30 seconds to look at my PSU when I first came in. I get a call from him later and explains the tests he ran. I should note that he said he was not fully able to test my CPU (3970x), GPU (RTX 3090), or motherboard as their shop does not have the parts needed to run a in-depth diagnostics test on higher end computer components. *This is why I originally told him if he would like a components list of my build when I first came in.* Basically I paid $80 dollars for a rudimentary diagnostic test that was not comprehensive at all in my opinion, as the CPU, GPU, and motherboard are the most important components of a computer. Fine, I guess this is the best I can get for an $80 dollar diagnostic test. I promptly ask him to put my PC back together so that I can pick it up. When I arrive at the store, he hands me my PC back and he said was not able to get the front facing fan on the CPU cooler mounted properly onto the heatsink. Um...okay...your business is called "PRO - Technology Professionals", but you can't even mount a basic CPU cooler onto the motherboard? I also noticed when he put back my GPU, he did not plug back in the power cables for it. And he also reseated my memory sticks incorrectly (pic included).He clearly put no effort in putting my PC back together. Do you not take pride in your work? Completely sloppy. This kind of leaves a sour taste in my mouth, but again, not a big deal to me, so I bring it back home. When I get back home to inspect my PC closer, I noticed the reason he could not mount the front facing fan on the CPU cooler is because it was the incorrect fan. My CPU cooler (be QUIET! DARK ROCK PRO TR4) has 2 fans that need to be mounted onto its heatsink. I don't understand how he could have messed this up because the two fans are both different sizes and only one of them fits on the inside. Instead, it's clear he forcefully jammed the other fan into it as it is basically impossible for it slide it in otherwise. It is astonishing he did not try to look for the manual online, or bother to call me to confirm how to correctly put the CPU cooler back to together. This was not a AIO or custom loop liquid cooling system... This was a simple cooler with two fans. The only way I could pull out the fan was to break the rubber gasket on the heatsinks - thereby damaging both my fan and heatsink. I call him and address my complaints and was ultimately met with an attitude. He tells me I need to bring my computer back to the store so that he can remove the fan. I refuse as I am not going drive a third time back and told him there is no way to remove the fan without damaging the cooler. I am normally a easy to work with guy and I am usually empathic to certain situations. I didn't even ask for a full refund and was compensated a $20 dollar refund. That doesn't even begin to cover my $90 CPU cooler. To have my $7500+ dollar PC disrespected like this is completely unacceptable. Avoid this place.

My mom gave it to me as a graduation gift, and I don't have the heart to just dispose of it and buy a new one. It is really special to me. I took it to a lot of computer repair shops, but all of them just said it could not be fixed. And when I was about to give up, one of my colleagues suggested this shop to me. It was my first time at Pro and they gladly accepted the work. I was told that they would call me once they found out what the problem was. They did not call me for that! They called me to tell me that they had already fixed it. I was so happy and impressed at the same time at how quickly they fixed it. I checked it and my laptop was as good as new. I definitely recommend this shop.

    Never in my 54 years have I experienced such truly awful customer service - not just completely…read moreunreasonable, but insulting, threatening and damaging. From the very beginning of our correspondence weeks ago right through to today, their tone has consistently been highly unpleasant and confrontational. They have sent me a string of emails telling me I am a liar, bullying and threatening me in numerous ways. These emails have not just been due to one person having a bad day. Multiple people at the company have threatened and insulted me day after day. What started all this was that they charged me for a hosting service that I never received and at the time of the charge they knew they could not provide me with the service because I had already migrated all my domains away from them. I gave them good warning that I would dispute the charge with my credit card company if they did not remove it. I did so and my credit card company found in my favor and did a chargeback. Their response has been remarkable. First, they say they have sent the bill to collections. Second, they have repeatedly promised they will take me court - not just one suit but two: one for "defamation" and another for "fraud" for lying to my credit card company. Third, after finding out I am an ethics professor, they said they would lodge a complaint with the "administrative department" of my university about my unethical conduct. Not only have I been entirely honest but I have repeatedly tried to move past the insults and threats to explain my perspective to them. I even sent them summaries from chatGPT and Google Gemini explaining why the chargeback was justified. They were never willing to consider my perspective, and were instead extremely aggressive and insulting. As an illustration, instead of responding to the points I had just made, one email began "Blah Blah Blah You are a liar and a thief Ethics professor who teaches not to lie but does it himself YOU ARE A HYPOCRITE." The last email I received was just one line long: "Have fun staying in collections !!!!" They are holding to the line that their terms and conditions say I had to cancel before the renewal date in the way they specified. It is true I didn't do that. I never claimed to have done so. It doesn't matter. Not only did the circumstances provide more than sufficient reason for my credit card company to do a chargeback, but charging for a service you know you cannot provide amounts to deceptive billing. The charge went though automatically, so I don't hold that against them. However, their refusal to remove the charge is clearly unethical. In addition to their appalling conduct in communications with me!

So I immediately contacted them and asked them to cancel my service and refund me as I was not interested in the substantial price increase or another 3 years of service. Their response was that I was given two renewal notices and that I had signed an agreement for auto-renewal (back in 2014) and that they would refuse to cancel my service and refund the $200 that was charged to my card, despite my request literally happening hours after they submitted the charge. After insisting they won't refund and cancel the service, I informed them I would simply dispute it with my credit card company, which I did. Then they promptly said they would send it to collections and tack on their legal team fees to the debt I apparently owed. Then they canceled my account and can no longer access my account and will be charged for 3 years of service I'll never receive nonetheless. This is bad business. Period. I could see being reluctant to refund a charge days, weeks or months after it occurring, but this was literally on the exact day of the billing cycle. Stay far far away from these scammers who don't know what good business is. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB and now looking into filing a complaint with the FTC as it seems quite a few people are having similar predatory billing issues. I HIGHLY recommend folks contact the FTC and their state Attorney General regarding this company's shady business practices.
