They're always extremely fast to respond and if the person answering the phone doesn't have an answer for me, they make sure to bring on someone who can answer it. I've had many discussions with Curt (the owner) and never get half-answers like I did with other companies. He asked me a few questions and then told me how I could go about fixing the problem by getting an inexpensive device from a computer store. There's a 30-day warranty for most work. Included in the $190 or so price: removing a virus, providing advice on how I got it, a reminder that our internet provider gives customers free antivirus software, a complimentary data backup, and pickup/dropoff. Hope I won't be back soon, but I'll call these folks again if I have troubles. Checks and credit cards OK.
