Absolutely gorgeous hotel!
Typically a hotel of this caliber would cost an arm and a leg in the US, but in Chile, it was actually affordable. I think we only paid $100 or so per night, which is a bargain when you compare this same hotel in Miami.
Anyway, this extremely modern hotel had USB ports in the bedroom, making it ridiculously easy to charge our phones (something we cannot say about other hotels we stayed at in the country).
Moreover, the amenities were just amazing. The room was spacious with an expansive view of the city. We had a modern shower, a bidet, a TV, a desk, chairs, etc., and did I mention that our stay came with two drinks included?
That said, they also had a few bilingual staff members (although I would up speaking Spanish anyway, but it was pleasant to not translate to my companion 24/7). Oh, and parking was included, but it was a bit of a pain as we continuously had to get our parking tickets validated.
They have a top floor with a pool and a bar, which we enjoyed briefly one evening. They also have a spa with an indoor pool that we probably would've taken advantage of, but we were constantly on the go. Oh, and did I mention they have an American breakfast they serve in their restaurant in the lobby? That one you have to pay extra for and it honestly isn't worth it. Still, more pluses than minuses overall. An above average stay in the city of Santiago and one I overall recommend. read more
