I called about an LG refrigerator I wish I had never bought, but that horse is out of the barn. I thought the cooling section was not running cool enough (the freezing section is (barely) okay). After explaining my observations, Steve explained some things about temperature variation in refrigerators and indicated it was probably doing the best it could. No repair would improve performance. He said he could come and look at it, but that would cost me a $90 service call and probably yield nothing. We discussed the situation a bit more and I decided to take his phone advice, rearrange the food in that section, and see what happens. I also told him that if ANY appliance in this house needed attention, he is the first person I will call. He has earned my loyalty and he has never put a hand on anything here! Directly, at least. I am gratified and impressed with this kind of honesty. I'll be in touch, Steve.

It always boosts my confidence when you see someone taking notes on their iPad using speech to text. He helped to confirm our compressor warranty with LG (still under warranty, thank God!), and then he returned a day or two later to replace the compressor. He was working in VERY cramped conditions, poor guy. He was very personable and had a great sense of humor. Most of all we were just SO HAPPY THAT HE COULD FIX OUR FRIDGE, when we had just wasted $125 on a diagnostic service call from another company that was not willing to follow up (regarding the warranty and how to proceed with repair). Pricing was fair and transparent. We're putting this company at the top of our list!
