Recently, I called AzTrusted Air to do annual service. When they completed their work, I asked for the bill. I was extremely surprised that the tech said "0" owed. I asked him why? "You purchased a new unit last year and we give free service for two years. I would have paid for a service charge. I highly recommend Az Trusted Air! In April, I hired Tom from AZ Trusted Air to move my kitchen air ducting into the ceiling since I was removing my soffits as part of a remodel. Tom worked hard and It appeared the ducting was going to be successfully moved. When Tom was finished we replaced wallboard and textured the ceiling. Tom also looked at my heat pump which was running erratically. He said I had a leak in the coil and charged me several hundred dollars to add a bottle of something that would fix the leaks and added coolant. When the summer heat began I discovered there was almost no cooling coming from the new kitchen vent. I called AZ Trusted Air and asked for help and Tom scheduled a day and time to check it out. When the scheduled appointment was due, Tom never called or showed. I called him and never received a return call. I called the office and they were not clear about where he was of what had happened. After several calls and several hours a coworker showed up to look at the problem and basically said nothing could be done unless we wanted to open up the wall. He then adjusted the air flow in all the other vents to try to push more air into the kitchen. My heat pump continued to be erratic and in December I finally called another company to take a look at the heat pump. That gentleman was very thorough and said the coil was leaking and needed to be replaced. So, I guess the mysterious leak fixing solution that I paid for did not do its job. When I mentioned the kitchen air flow problem, he took a look at the vent in the adjoining room where Tom had added a piece of ducting to move the airflow into the ceiling and found that Tom had never taped the ducting together and the air was leaking into the ceiling. It was an easy fix that the coworker should have seen. Overall I think these guys mean well, but I wouldn't use them again because of the reliability or knowledge level. read more

Bad experience with a new AC install. Do NOT call this company!!! If I could give zero stars I would. First, they were almost 3 hours late, with no communication about the delay. My husband had to call them to ask when their ETA was. They did apologize and make many excuses, but the lack of communication was an issue. Secondly, they did not even bring a ladder to our roof AC install. Thirdly, the AC install was not even complete when they left. They left the job site with the AC power cord hanging in the air (instead of informing us we needed an extension cord, they just left it...) and a piece of the drain was left strewn about on our roof. Overall, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone else. So disappointed that we spent this kind of money for this poor of service. read more

Do not use this company. What a disaster. Our AC was working fine but we called to have it serviced in preparation for the heat. After being "serviced" by the owner, the unit was no longer working or blowing air, and we had to call another company to come fix the problem. From the start, this company seemed unreliable. They cancelled the appointment and rescheduled for a different day. Then they didn't show up or answer calls. Finally, the owner shows up hours later and says he will service it for free due to the scheduling issues. After he leaves, the AC no longer works or blows any air. We called to have him come back but there is no answer. I would strongly caution anyone from using this company. read more

Back in October of 2018, we had just come back home from a family vacation. To our surprise, our A/c had just given up. We had a guy come check it out and he was no good. We then called Az trusted Air and from the first day Tom showed up, he showed no signs of wanting to give up on my old unit, he was there for an hour or so doing what he could (this was around 11Pm at night) but unfortunately my old unit was no good. Him and his crew ended up replacing my whole unit and did not leave till they completely finished. On recommendation from a friend in December who had ac units replaced in several homes, we called AZ Trusted Air and they did come out and do a "patch" but did indicate unit was old and would need replacing. Came out in June and unit needed replacing. They had the new unit and air handler delivered the next morning and started the install. Outside was fine but there were major issues with the interior air handler and turned out much more complicated and work intensive than thought. Tom was great, he and his team got it figured out, terrific finishing work where sheet rock was removed...and all within the original estimate. Took longer than expected but worth it in the end. Tom and a Tech moved a 5-year old Carrier, perfectly working AC unit to a quieter location July 2020. The AC unit would not hold a temperature. The company blew us off. I had to put the family up in a hotel for two nights till we could get a reputable company in to diagnose the issue. it is going to be $1300-$1400+ to get the contaminants out of our AC system. Lies and unkept promises! Tom, cannot keep his promises!! And cannot make his appointment times, that he suggests! First day, he told me he would be at the house around 10:00am, he finally arrived after 1200pm after several text messages. Then he had to come back for day two, because "he didn't bring enough supplies". Late again, told me around 10:00am again after 12:00 and more text messages. And still didn't bring all supplies(No new thermostat as promised, per are first conversation). And let me add, around 4:00pm he stopped working and wanted to know if I could pay him  $1,000 cash, so he could make his payroll.  I had to make another appointment for next week. First appointment no show/ no call. I called Tom, no answer, then called office. Received a sad story about Tom and how I should have pity on Tom. Made a new appointment, Again, no show, but I did receive a call from Chrissy, saying she could not contact Tom. With Tom, is always a story, and who knows if its a lie! read more

These guys are amazing! In the middle of the night my a/c unit decided to stop working. My 88 year old grandmother was in town and normally I wouldn't mind if it got a little chili, but I know she doesn't. I looked for someone that was able to come out as soon as possible. That's when I stumbled onto these guys. I talked to Brad and he told me not to worry and he will head on over to my place as soon as possible. These guys are on call 24/7! Our downstairs air conditioner stopped working Monday night. I called a well known company and they gave me an appointment for Friday! I called AZ Trusted air the next morning. Tom sent someone out within a couple of hours and by Wednesday afternoon I had a new air conditioner! Even though Tom was running from emergency to emergency, since its August in AZ, he made us feel like a priority and got the job done quickly, for a reasonable price and a high quality replacement product.
