I made it up to Stitch-N-Time and I am so glad I did. Friendly, helpful, well-stocked--all the things! The ladies taking a class reflected a relaxed, content atmosphere...creative and enjoyable. One feels valued and welcomed. The store features Bernina and Baby Loc machines, and a host of long-arms and furniture and accessories as well as some patterns. The fabric selection is not huge, but they carry nice flannel and a lot of batik. The examples hung for display are gorgeous! This was by far my favorite shop!

When I called Klein's Embroidery and explained my situation, I was impressed with the kindness of the lady I spoke to. Even though the job couldn't be done immediately, she was willing to help me as long as I arrived early since she closes at 3 pm. To make a long story short, 40 minutes later I was there with the jerseys and the letters, and less than 20 minutes later the job was done. I recommend this place, not only for the quality of the product, but also for the excellent service. Plus, I felt really good about supporting a small, local business.
