He responded quickly and gave me all the information about what might be an upgrade. Within 15 minutes of texting, we had reached a deal. The day of my appointment, the superintendent called at 10 am to see if they could move up their appointment from 1. I actually preferred to have them come early but they did offer to keep the 1 pm if that worked better with my schedule. The supervisor washed the tricky second story windows and two other crew members came along for the first floor washing. They did a great job! The windows really sparkle. I am sure this will be a great selling feature. Brett's bid was not the lowest we received but it was way less than the most expensive. All and all Just Windows gave me a fair price for three men working 2 hours and the quality was great. I will recommend them to my sellers as I am a real estate broker.

The man who put the last roof on is retired now but his son, Andrew, is every bit as good. They promised to be at my house by 6am. At 6:01am the dumpster was parked in the driveway. By 6:10 the crew had tarps hanging from the roof covering my shrubs, sidewalks, etc. the crew even got the potted plants out of the yard and under the front portico. Then the old roof started coming down! I returned from my daughter's house at 11:45am to find the job completed. The yard, driveway & sidewalks were immaculate. By tearing the roof down to the plywood they were able to identify & replace 7 sheets of plywood. They did a great job at a very competitive price!
