We contacted the president of the company because one of their employees smelled of marijuana several times when he came into our establishment to clean our windows. The president stated that they do have a "substance abuse Policy". We were told that "I will address this with him and it should not be an issue in the future". We asked if they do drug testing even for marijuana and do not allow employees to work for them if they have it in their system. We were told that "we drug test for marijuana if there is a reasonable suspicion. Although marijuana is legal in MO, it is our policy that employees can not be under the influence of it, or other drugs while at work". It is almost guaranteed, this employee was NOT tested! This is a huge liability for their customers, but they are also out cleaning windows all day, etc. There are also many other forms of drugs that affect an individual's judgment, reflexes, etc. because of using any drug. So, they only test for post-accident! We doubt highly if the suspicion testing actually takes place. We will not be using them in the future and will NOT recommend the company!

Upon inspection discovered downspout was blocked with debris up to the gutter. Contract called for blow out of downspouts. It is clear that it was missed. Management took no responsibility. Was rude and dismissive. Mis-reported facts, and when that was pointed out, just didn't address the misstatements. Blamed owner for not properly maintaining downspout (?!).
