Right off the bat, we noticed that the store is veteran owned and gives 20% off for veterans, you just have to have your military ID on you. The girls working were so sweet and friendly, and knew so much about all of the products. They had a lot to choose from, and a lot of e-juice flavors. I've been a long time customer here for awhile. Recently, one of the employees gave me cards for a discount of $5 when the people I gave them to made a purchase. I took a friend to the store but I did not go in. They presented the card and made a purchase over $20. When I returned to the store to make a purchase and I requested to use my discount I was not given the $5 off as the card stated. I've given out over 75 cards and never received a discount for anyone I sent into the store as a new customer. I am very disappointed. read more

I live in Bartow and will only visit this shop. They have always been more than helpful and assisted in trouble shooting my ecig when it kept burning my coils. It was not the usual issue of flooding, chain vaping or a bad batch of coils. My old tank was leaking and unfortunately leaked fluid into the Mod which was not water resistant. I live in Lake Wales every time we come to Lakeland I drop her off so she can go shopping. I on the other hand found this AWESOME VAPE SHOP a few months ago. I could always go to another city and shop, but this shop & staff especially Ryan & Brina are the most spectacular people I've ever met in a vape brick & mortar. Today I walked in and was explaining some serious problems I was having with my ipv 4, They took the time to diagnose my mod & was straight up honest it was shot. I was bumming big time. Cause I knew I was heading to the store to buy a pack of stinkies. Luckily I had my ipv2 with me, but I'm not one for building. I had my dark horse with me and my delta2. I had some jacked up build on my dark horse Ryan asked me what I was looking for in a build & I told him. He was super stoked about building a twisted 26 kanthal 5 wraps duel coil. So I would be able to use my ipv2 & a build to enjoy some clouds & awesome flavor on. In a matter of minutes he had it built wicked and ready to go. It is the best all around build I've ever had on the dark horse. I'm blowing massive plumes again all on a 50 watt ipv2. Till my buddy mails me for free a mx80 pro plus. Thanks Ryan, bro you rock !!! Brina she was so cool and extremely personable. She explained alot of the different tanks that are out, the differences in one compared to the other and let me sample some really great juices. I wanted in the worst way to buy a tank but just didn't have the $$ atm to do it.
