One of my glass broke from the smok stick v8 I purchased at this store and when I came back to get a replacement they refused to help me because they can't understand that I did purchase it from that store.. show bank statement (with their name and info) to prove it and the man made my wife look stupid in front of other customers... then had the balls to involve other customers into his argument... he tampered with the smok product and broke 2 glasses trying to fit it on it.. and removed parts from it... basically kicked my wife out the store when she was asking for alternative solutions because the glass that's for the v8 won't fit the v8 lol other stores call it a clone and they ALLL told us that the store should replace the tank or kit...worst experience so far... never had this problem in other stores..only reason I came here was due to friends who liked the juices they sell...never again unless they make this shit right... On the side note. My company reviews vape mods and I recommend stores all the time... this is definitely gonna be reviewed as not a store to visit...clone mods, terrible customer service and no effort to help their client when their products gone to shit read more

Recently Went to this shop, and I have to say I probably won't be going to any other vape shop from this point forward. The sales associate Jelly was fantastic. Very helpful honest and kind. I went in there looking for something specific and she immediately pointed me in the right direction. She had phenomenal product knowledge and extremely helpful. Would go back literally for the customer service provided but they had a great selection as far as products go as well. 10/10 would reccomend. Terrible Place. The staff is fine, decent enough and no real complaints, but the prices are horrible. The same bottle of juice would vary in price depending on who you asked behind the counter and the owner would lie about giving discounts. His idea of giving one was to NOT hit you with an additional made-up charge. No transparency at the register showing any prices or tally of your subtotal. The employees would talk about it when the owner wasn't around and specifically mentioned that he bloats the prices at the register to get more money, and doesn't post the prices openly so that he can adjust them on a whim depending on who walks in the door. That's shitty to me and I don't go to this shop anymore. My business can go somewhere that doesn't include lies and bullshit on the receipt. read more
