The vista van we initially booked was out of commission due to an unfortunate accident and the team emailed us a few days before to inform us of this news and upgraded us to another (bigger) camper. Mike picked us up from the airport and made the check in/van tour really easy. Very pleased with the campervan and all the great memories we made along the way. The check out process took no time and we were sadly on our way to the airport too quickly. We will definitely book with wilderness on our next trip to New Zealand.

We've been…read morein contact with Minnie who provided us with wrong information telling us there was two vans available for our dates. We went and paid a deposit online and we were told we would get a call back. We tried to get in touch all afternoon but Minnie never called us back and left work. Some guy with the worst customer service finally picked up the phone to tell us there is no van available and he can't do anything for us. e called again and talked to another lady who was somewhat nice but said she doesn't know if we will get our deposit back. When we asked her if we could talk to a manager she replied " I can't think of any name". THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY
