Everything is made impeccably well. My latest purchase was for Christmas gifts! So much more meaningful buying locally handmade items! I bought a beautiful bracelet for my mom that clasps by magnets, easy for her to get on and off. Other items I bought were handmade ornaments and decorations for the holiday season. Everything is very beautiful and reasonably priced. I feel so much better walking away with quality items that are directly supporting local artisans, versus buying at the bigger box stores. This is a great place to meet locals, buy local, support local, and be inspired!

They picked out a lovely bracelet and earrings for their mother. The prices were fair and the shop was well organized for easy browsing. Parking was easy. The salesclerk was friendly. I heart Amber, her energy, her taste, her philosophies, her creativity, & her genuine, infectious laugh. Every bit of Nico Scout reflects Amber & every bit of Amber is reflected in Nico Scout. What a selection of products! When I don't know what to get someone as a gift, I go to Nico Scout. Amber has done the hard work of thinking & collecting & curating, so that I can just show up & get inspired. I always find something for someone, & it's usually something I never knew existed. Last year I found an incredible book in the store about Black American musicians & the conception of jazz. I didn't know this book existed & didn't know I needed it until I saw it. It came home with me, of course, & was a perfect gift for a good friend of mine. Books, clothes, knick knacks, art, pottery, plants, homewares, etc. There is so much goodness here, running the entire gamut of price. There's something for every person & every budget here. Now, after all of this, the company is claiming my warranty is void because I had a new roof installed and did not notify them immediately. I understand if this was their first visit and I had forgotten to tell them but this has been an ongoing issue and it feels like an excuse to avoid taking responsibility. I hired this company to eliminate a serious health and safety issue, but they have failed to do so. The service has been ineffective, and I cannot recommend this company.

I don't think I had ever requested a dumpster personally, so sizes and pounds made no sense in my brain - but they explained it well and the process was seamless. We actually ended up needing a second dumpster because of the amount of removal we didn't even know we had, and they worked within their network to make it happen. I highly, highly recommend this service - I was texting and calling at random hours on the weekend and at night and always received a friendly and informative response. Thanks again to the DD team! It is in a shed outside and was really a minor leak, so I emailed Tuckertown Plumbing and asked them for a quote. I included the model of our current water heater. Pam, the owner and manager, was quick to respond with a question about the dimensions of the space we keep the heater. She did all the research and found a model that would fit. We set up a date to have it installed. A great experience! However, the weekend before our Thursday appointment, the little leak turned into a big one and, because there was no cutoff of the water heater. We had to turn off our pump )we are on a well). I emailed Pam on Sunday night and she responded that she would call me in the morning. She was true to her word and called first thing to say a team member would be out after his first call of the day - somewhere around 11 am. Well by 1:30 pm we had the new water heater installed.
