My friend Jay had explained the mishap we had with this business in his review, and I also came back to write an update after receiving the final product. I had been emailing back and forth with Ava or almost 3 weeks. Although she is a nice lady and I know she's just doing her job, it is sickening that the company is so dependent on a yelp review that they had to stoop so low to try and bribe us. Twice. It first began with them offering us a deal of waiving the $60 rush fee, if we could get 3 people to write a yelp review about the service so far, because our project was pretty last minute. Sounded like a fair deal at that point, so we did. Then, after going back and forth SO many times after our unsatisfied order, we decided to just settle with a refund. However, when we asked if we could receive the $25 refund that THEY offered, they insisted one of the "bad" reviews to be taken down first. (See attachment) At that point, I had enough. I took back my request, because I knew $25 was not worth them getting their way. I wish they would have admitted their fault in the first place, and be more professional about the whole situation instead of trying to blame us and play mind games. We tried so hard to compromise, but our requirements were far from being met. Let's be real, the placement of the logo just wasn't right. Giving everyone an ice cream or a snicker bar (yes, they really suggested that) isn't going to satisfy our $400 order. We are in no way trying to "gang up" on them or write untrue stories because we are angry. I am sure they have provided and satisfied many shirts in the past and will continue in the future. It was just unfortunate that they were not able to do it with us. PS. I wouldn't be so surprised if most of these Yelp reviews were "bought", though. Just be careful what you get yourself into. read more

TLDR: They messed up on a print project and ghosted me after multiple times of trying to contact them. I had been coming to this business since I opened my T-shirt business in 2016 and Overall I had been happy with their work, but my last correspondence with them left something to be desired. I wasn't the perfect client and I paid my invoices late a few times and they had been really understanding which was great. But on my last and final run of windbreakers with them, something had happened in the curing process with my windbreakers and when my customers would put their windbreakers in the wash, the whole back design would PEEL OFF like sticker. I was completely devastated, and mind you a lot of this was during the pandemic so I was understanding as to why they could not answer my inquiries asap. So i sent them samples of the messed up items for them to check and when I texted Ava last about it she said something along the lines of "due to the pandemic we can't come in" but I was really understanding, so a few months pass and I send another text asking when they would be open for business and I get no response, and I sent one last email in September 2020 asking when they would be open and once again, No response. After months of no contact, I had no choice but to sell my messed up windbreakers at cost to make back my money. I was sold faulty prints and I couldn't do anything about it. I honestly do not think this is the way to treat a customer after so long and thousands upon thousands of dollars put into their company. A response saying "Hey we haven't been able to open for business" would've been fine. But I think ghosting a customer honestly isn't acceptable. Mind you this is just my experience so I honestly hope your experience is different. read more

I had previously gone to iCreate graphix to have some custom baseball jerseys printed and they came out beautifully. I returned last week to have 17 custom tank tops printed in time for a music festival, and while they did an amazing job communicating...I ended up deeply dissatisfied with the end product. The proofs Ava sent had perfect placement for our design, but the shirts came out with the logo printed in an awkward place! It was supposed to be right where the breast pocket of a shirt should be, but it ended up very low in the center of the shirt, almost at the sternum.
