By far the worst place we have done work with our brand, and we've gone to a number of businesses. Let me start off by saying LBDTG are nothing but Liars and a thief. Kyle quoted us at 750 for a project of about 75 tees. we then decided to change our project a little bit and owner said, "there would be a change on price" We were aware of this, yet he never sent us an invoice on the price change after printing our Tees!! Owner "Kyle" swore that he sent the invoice and then started printing our tees. He even said that we opened our email on our end Ha! Owner is a straight up joke! on top of that he forgot to give us "one" shirt that was part of the batch thinking we wouldn't find out! after emailing him about it he said he would issue a refund or make one to make up for the missing print. He actually stopped responding to us after going back and forth for it. If you want to save a mad headache, go far, far away from this place. I just got done ordering for the 2nd time but unfortunately this is the last time I will order from Kyle. The first time around we ordered about 50 tshirts and I thought he was great and the tshirts came out great so of course I was excited to work with him again BUT because of the following points I will be looking for a new printer for my future orders. Big bullet points of reasons here, detailed reasons below for those that have more time! 1. Kyle does not seem to respond to emails placed from his OWN site. 2. In general no status updates from him... This part would make such a big difference in getting returning customers but he doesn't seem to see that... Shame! 3. After paying the full amount that he requires 30% of me thought he ran away with our money... No status updates will make you think that. It really should be 50/50 pay schedule... 4. IF you have business hours listed on your OWN site and yelp, you need to be there!!! 5. The Tshirts came out great but that's because his machine and my original graphic I designed were good, only way he can shine his business is his professional quality service but I got to see none of that this time around. This was such a big bummer! 6. Over all I felt like he doesn't care about getting orders in general... 1. From the beginning red flags started to go up. Through his website I asked him a printing question and waited for a week for him to respond but did not hear from him so I had to call him and leave a message asking him if he is still in business and will be able to take tshirt order, if I don't hear from him within the day I will have to find another printer to do the job. Well about an hour later he called back but no apology for not responding to my email... If you don't answer emails then don't put one out! 2. I chose 3 to 5 days for the project time and as soon as the invoice looked good we paid the full amount. We thought we were done with what we need to do on our end so waited for about a week but no correspondence from Kyle about when the order may be ready or that he got the payment and all set to go forward. about a week later we noticed we maybe had to approve something on the invoice but still not clear if that was delaying the process or not... IF that was delaying the process why didn't he email or call and let us know we have one more thing we had to do before he can start work? It ended up taking about 10 days total! 3. I emailed and asked for the status, but of course no reply from him and two days later we get an automatic email saying the order is ready to pick up BUT this whole time no actual message from Kyle. 4. Since the business hours on his site/yelp says 9-5 I went to pick up the order a little after 10. I parked my car and found out from a guy who turned out to be his dad who works at the car repair shop in the same property that he is not here... So I tell him he should be here since his business hours on his site says 9-5. He says something about how he works for himself and don't seem to understand his son should be here during business hours. He tries to get a hold of him and see where he is at then he passes me his phone and I had to explain which order I'm here to pick up(no apology from him about not being there by the way!). The dad guy opens up the shop and I was able to pick up the order but not happy that he wasn't there. I had two kids shirts I wanted him to print but since he wasn't there I wasn't gonna leave the stuff with the dad guy so I will be looking for a new printer to do that job now... This place had such a high potential for a long term business relationship but such a big bummer it's no longer the case... read more
