I was honestly tired of spending an arm an leg at other places. First thing I noticed while shopping there was their employees were so laid back, but in a professional sense. No nagging, no slime, no bull crap. Just a few guys and gals helping you out with what you need. Simply put, they helped my wife and I find exactly what we were looking for. The prices were fair, and even threw in an additional discount. We ordered a mattress set, living room group, and bunk bed for our little ones. All of it delivered and assembled by a couple younger delivery guys (who were awesome as well). I can easily say I'll be sticking with them for any other furniture purchases I may need. As a…read morepotential customer looking to make a large purchase to support my agency's clients, I expected a welcoming and professional experience. Instead, what I encountered was a complete nightmare from start to finish. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted by a single employee. After browsing for ten minutes, I had to approach two young men assembling furniture just to determine if they even worked there, as they had no identifying uniforms or name tags. One of them rudely told me his mom was in the back and stomped off when I asked if he could get her. When the woman finally appeared, her attitude was atrocious. She greeted me with a curt "It's going" when I politely asked how her day was. I tried to overlook her rudeness and proceeded to show her a picture of the item I wanted to purchase. She claimed it wasn't in stock and begrudgingly checked her catalog, only to confirm they didn't have it. I then selected a triple bunk bed and began looking at mattresses. But the ones she showed me were suddenly "unavailable" after I had made my selection. She tried to push memory foam on me despite me clearly stating I didn't want that type. The final straw was when she abruptly demanded to know "what organization are you from" for the receipt, before we had even finalized the purchase details. Her tone was so rude and off-putting that I had simply had enough. I told her directly that she was rude and walked out. As an agency that supports families, I had high hopes of forming a community partnership with a family-owned business-like Crazy Jay's. We frequently purchase furnishings for clients, and I thought working with you would be an amazing opportunity. However, after the horrible attitudes and service from your staff, I had no choice but to take my business elsewhere. It brings me no joy to write this complaint. In fact, it makes me very sad that I couldn't support a local business as I had hoped. But I felt compelled to bring this to your attention in the hopes that you will address these issues. I would hate for anyone else to endure the awful experience I went through. Please take this as constructive feedback to improve your customer service and staff training. First impressions are everything, and unfortunately, Crazy Jay's made a very poor one today. I truly hope corrective actions will be taken. Sincerely, A Very Disappointed Potential Customer

    Review - My experience at Denver Mattress, Wichita, KS was one of exceptional customer service from…read morethe minute I walked in the door to the delivery, and all follow-up questions or concerns. My sales associate, David Craft is amazing and should be commended for his knowledge, patience, and honesty. I purchased a bed that had originally came damaged, actually twice. It was clear that something had occurred in the warehouse and Dusty, the manager, assured me that he would take care of this and would do so when it was convenient for me and also inspect any replacement bed before the next delivery. In the interim, I realized that the bed I had purchased wasn't really the right bed for me. I went back into the store to speak with David about new options and the time he took with me vetting out the new bed, the knowledge he demonstrated in explaining to me the features and pros and cons based on my needs, and the entire customer service/sales experience was AMAZING. When I explained my concerns, needs, and wishes, there was never a time that David forgot exactly what I required in a new bed. His honesty is what up sold me to a new Tempur-pedic with NuFlex Adjustable base. During my stay (and I spent a great deal of time in the store and multiple visits) David Craft and Michelle Deppe worked extremely hard to ensure the return of the bed that did not work out, and Michelle did a lot of verifying and follow-up to ensure the new mattress would work on the adjustable base I picked out. Further, Michelle, being an owner of a Tempur-pedic, was able to provide me with a lot of tips and great information that new memory foam bed customers should have to make sure they transition successfully. It is a change. The addition of the new sheets, mattress protector, and most amazing pillows make the deal the very best experience and best money I have spent. The delivery staff were just as incredible. Chase and Joe did an amazing job of ensuring my animals were safe, packaging up the returning mattress set, and then setting up the new adjustable bed. They took some time to ensure I was familiar with its operation, and parts and accessories that came with it. Both are very knowledgable and friendly. Most delivery personnel just deliver and leave but Chase and Joe ensured that I was setup correctly and had all the knowledge in case of power outage, battery backup, and headboard parts that came with the bed. You can have the best products in the world or the nicest of showrooms, but it is the people, David Craft, Michelle Deppe, Chase, and Joe that I interacted with that make the deal. I am an extreme customer service critic and have years of experience dealing with high-end customers, and this experience was so above the bar and whatever they make is not enough. I have bought two bed sets, pillows, mattress covers, and I will continue to be a loyal Denver Mattress customer.

Lie down and you sink in. Really hard on your back and legs. Will never buy another one . Salesman is no longer there . Really unhappy.
