The store is signed all the way around so it makes it easier to find what you want. If you do have problems though they have several staff around on the shop floor willing to help you out. They have their own value brands on certain products and I have never had any problems with these. They have lots of offers continuously running throughout their store all through the year and I personally think that this is the cheapest of the DIY stores around. There is a massive carpark for this store too and I have never had any troubles with it being full and not finding a space.

After installing it in a shower and being extremely careful, I have found that the image is extremely fragile with excessive micro scratches pretty much everywhere. It is a sublimated image on a coated tile and should be much more durable for that application. As far as appearance, it is drop dead gorgeous.

The broken part was probably the manufacturer's fault, but wrong chair was their issue. But then they just started ignoring my emails when I politely asked to send it back. I had to jump through all the hoops to get a credit card refund through my bank - which was painful and time consuming. 6 weeks after I had received my refund from the bank they suddenly say, "Someone is turning up tomorrow to take the chair back." and state that they have been trying to email me many times. This was a lie, and I asked them to provide proof of this. They promised to send it. At this point I was legally not obliged to give the chair back, it was already past the deadline for them to object to the refund. However I still packed the chair up nicely and sent it back. Anyone say thank-you to me for sending it back when I didn't need to? No. Anyone provide the proof that they had tried multiple times to email me as they promised they would. No of course not, they were just spouting lies.
