Before injecting, Dr. Pham did not ask me to smile or move any facial muscles to evaluate my anatomy. Two weeks later, I have lost movement in the lower right side of my mouth. My speech has also been affected, especially when pronouncing "S" sounds, and it now sounds like I have a speech impediment. I contacted the office and returned to see him after one week. I was told to wait another week and it should get better. Since then no one has followed up, and there has been no improvement. I know there are risks with Botox, but I also know that with an experienced injector, these problems can be avoided. I did not feel my treatment reflected the individualized approach or patient care described on the website. I would not recommend this practice to others seeking careful, attentive cosmetic treatment.

However, there are several qr codes for you to scan if you desire to access it that way. You'll find them on the arms of the pedi chairs as well as the manicure area. I was only desiring a pedicure on my first visit, which you can find four pedi pacakages that list services in detail for you to consider. However, paraffin wax is not included in any of the packages. You can still receive the service as an add-on ($10) or switch out one of the services in the package to get it. Although it was tempting to do, I decided to just get their $35 pedicure to try out the services. First off, the pedi chair is extremely high-end. I was trying to just move the chair up for my tech, but then he informed me that he actually has control over the client's chair, too! Never saw a pedi chair where the tech had control on their side. The ten pedi chairs are all brand new and the spa bowl- esquisite! The gold accents just personify a high-end spa experience. Danny, my nail tech, took such great care of my tootsies as they were in sore need of some TLC - especially after Beryl. I was waaaay overdue for services, but I was pampered and pleased with the results. Refreshments are available for your enjoyment while you get serviced and are unlimited, but you probably won't ask for refills as you enjoy the zen of the spa chair. When I reminded her that I was using my Groupon, she appeared irritated, let out a heavy sigh, and then said, "Never mind," then honoring the Groupon. I returned because I had already purchased a package, which I now regret. On the last visit, I brought my child, who is autistic (ASD), after seeing other clients bring their children. During the appointment, my child was stimming and rocking. Jessica spoke to him very ugly and in a way I found harsh, telling him to stop because he was rocking into her furniture. I found the interaction upsetting and nasty. I have posted reviews about my experiences before, but they were removed after Jessica reported them. I disagree with that decision because these are my own firsthand experiences as a customer. Based on my experiences, I would not return or recommend her services.

The middle of my forehead froze totally and I wound up with Spock eyebrows. Had to go back in to try to fix it, which he overdid. For a week I had one frozen brow and one that moved, so I looked like a crazy person. It eventually almost evened out but now both eyes droop. This injector not only doesn't listen to his clients but also has an inflated sense of his abilities. He is too reckless to be working on people's faces. In addition, after my initial injection we had a consultation in which he recommended 8 syringes of filler to me, someone who has never had any filler at all. Eight! This business just wants your cash. I will obviously not be going back here.
