Very unfortunate to have worked with Justin. We've lost thousands of dollars from our non-profit because of the extremely poor quality of his work and his refusal to do the job as agreed, and then when it was clear the wrap included multiple shades of orange (as shown in the images), he refused to take responsibility and fix the issue, or refund our investment. I would strongly advise any prospective customer to use a certified wrap company and one that is trustworthy, dependable, and honest. You will not find those values at this establishment. read more

I brought my newly purchased dream car to Justin, because we had developed a relationship over the phone and he seemed like an honest, fair guy. I wanted to have the roof wrapped gloss black to break up the white of the vehicle. His reviews on google were good, but I failed to checked yelp and see the pitiful 3 star rating. He designed a TikTok video for me showing what my car would look like afterwards, which I loved. This was what made me pick Justin over competitors. When we had talked about installation, he told me that he was going to do it at his house. The day before installation, he informed me that I needed to bring my car to an old car wash building. When I got there, I felt uneasy about the whole situation. My gut told me not to leave the car. I informed Justin that I would be staying and waiting on the car, which I could see made him visually upset. I had a friend come meet me there and I hung out in their car and waited. He texted me about 2 hours later saying that he was done, which felt suspiciously fast. I walked up to the garage door and immediately thought it looked beautiful, but the more I looked, the worse it got. The vinyl around the antenna was wrapped so poorly that it look like a 5 year old did it. There were big chunks of dirt or some other material under the vinyl which was causing lumps completely visible from a distance. The lines along the roof rails were so wavy, and when I asked him about them, he proceeded to cut the vinyl away with an exacto knife. Immediately, my stomach dropped as I know that could significantly damage my paint. He told me he would fix the antenna part next week so I agreed and went about my way. The more I looked at it, the more uneasy I got, so I decided to take my car to a reputable wrap shop in town. There were 3 guys that came out and examined the wrap job. Pieces of "patch vinyl" that he slapped on to cover poor cuts were peeling off. He cut into the paint in every single place that he touched. The antenna gasket was rolled under and is now prone to leaks. The antenna and spoiler both have long cuts into the plastic. Hearing this from professionals and seeing it with my own eyes almost killed me. I called Justin to request a refund and for him to remove it and he was extremely rude, calling me a liar and saying that he never did any damage to the car. He refused to give me a refund, but instead told me he would replace the antenna (which earlier in the day he told me he didn't know how to do) and that he would just rewrap it over the gouges. I told him that I lost trust in him and that I no longer want him working on my vehicle. Now I'm left having to pay another shop to remove the vinyl so that it can go to a body shop to be repaired. After that, I have to pay another shop to do this whole job over again. Justin has caused me nothing but stress and heartache. He treated my DREAM CAR and a paying customer like trash. read more

I had searched for months to find a wrap company that could make my vision a reality for our tow truck and shop truck. I finally dound Justin at I'd Wrap It and he nailed the design within 2 tries. I had previously wasted money with another wrap company that is well known and they couldn't even get a design with my vision accomplished within 10 tries. They also wouldn't refund my design money!
