I came to see Dr. Mark D' Souza originally about my long term chronic pain after speaking we came up with a plan for me to go off my current medication and be put on something completely different But before I could start the new medication I had to be completely clean of it from my system! Well after being on a very high dose of narcotics for over 15 years that didn't really work good for the pain I honestly didn't know what I was getting myself into, but I can say luckily the withdrawals from my medication was the worst part of my experience and even that wasn't as bad as I thought! This new doctor to the clinic was 'accepting patients'. Correction: Dr. Daniel Suh is, in fact, terribly 'unaccepting of patients' and is a disappointing example of family doctoring - truly an individual with no couth or tact, having the bedside manner of a tyrant. My wife simply wanted to obtain a new family physician after our moving back to Uxbridge and were told by the reception staff, "Yes, Dr. Suh's a good doctor". It would appear that the Marquis de Sade was right when he stated that "goodness is geographical" because, in our ideology, a 'good' doctor does not do the following: berate, harass, belittle, disparage, harangue and interrogate. All this we experienced at a meet and greet! No handshake, no 'pleasure to meet you'. All he wanted to do was grind my wife's gears about why she was uncomfortable with her last doctor (same office) and, furthermore, didn't like her being up front about her wanting to have a say about her own future treatment(s). Everything went smoothly, and I was able to get a replacement prescription for a medication that was on back order at the pharmacy. On a Sunday, you have to wait for a while anywhere, because so few clinics are open on Sunday. Bring a book, or get into a game on your phone, because you will likely be waiting, but Whitby Walk in is a good choice.
