Like OBVIOUSLY it's my very first time here. There are multiple floors and rooms to this place so I was pretty shocked when I asked where everything was that nobody offered me a tour. He just said "the locker room is downstairs" okay bro. Whatever. Needless to say that the indifference was noted and I'll be bringing it back to my work peers. Just because we get a corporate discount doesn't mean it's worth using. They have a great variety of equipment and different rooms, classes, etc but they have no interest in customer service. Holland people: DM me your favorite gym and why! I have a throwaway membership at PF for the time being and THEY'RE even nicer than MVP was and I'm seriously only paying $10 like wth.
