Jess at Ideal Getaways planned my Bahamas vacation. Everything turned out just wonderful. I didn't have to worry about a thing. They were able to upgrade me to a suite, and I only paid for a basic room. I also was able to get lots of food and drink included, which I wasn't even expecting. Transportation was arranged in advance for me from the airport to the Baha Mar in Nassau. They took us in a Tesla on the way there and an Escalade on the way back. Ideal Getaways gave me a better deal than I would have gotten just on a travel website, and it felt more personable. read more

It began with the efficient guidance by Cindy Barnett of all the necessary details on a 14-cruise on Oceania Serena from Barcelona to Dublin. No easy task moving from one country to another--five in all--and monitoring all the specific requirements by helping to set up the excursions, obtaining travel insurance and entry documents into the U.K. (which now requires proper authorization beyond passports). Following the cruise, Patricia Ladner, who secured great flight accommodations for the entire trip, also set up the five hotels we proposed to visit in Ireland along with professional drivers to take us from the Dublin Port to Belfast to Galway to the Dingle Peninsula and back to Dublin in the eight short days we visited. The coordination along with excursions I had chosen through LocalTours.com and Viator, were monitored and tracked. The trip was a flawless wonder! It was like the entire Take Time to Travel team was conveniently riding in our suitcases. I had to call to reschedule the trip to Germany because of surgery so I needed a return call. I had to call twice because got no response after a few days of waiting. I impressed upon the receptionist that I really needed to talk to someone. I finally got a callback. No one ever mentioned that when I rebooked my air went away. I just happened to see that when I was checking the hotel locations on the website. That's all I can remember.

The space is on two levels in a wooded setting and very quiet while I was there. The spot is located not far from a few towns for restaurants, shops, stores etc etc.
