I spent $3000 to have botox and ultherapy done. The botox eased some of the wrinkles on my forehead, but the when the lines between my eyebrows was injected, it brought my eyebrows down toward my nose in a manner that made me look evil. I had ultherapy and I didn't see any difference at all. I ended up with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, a problem with some little hair like structures in the inner ear getting broken). I had one fall as a result. My brother is a doctor and he gave me some exercises to do that finally got rid of it. He told me that Ideal Image should have that listed as a possible side effect. That was the worst $3000 I ever spent. I wish I had gone to a plastic surgeon or dermatologist and had a laser treatment instead. I will not go back into Ideal Image again. read more

Warning! I started using cool sculpting and cool toning about 8 months ago. I thought it was odd that they do not measure your fat % by calibers or any other fat % testing tools. However, I figured I would trust them when they weighed me and took picture. I did one round of treatment and saw no results. They said it takes time to work. I did a second round and no results they said it takes time. After the second round I learned of a side effect that can occur called paradoxical adipose hyperplasia (PAH) which hardens into an unnaturally shaped lump. They never told me about this during the sales pitch of course not. I have all the pictures throughout this process and my stomach fat did not change, the stomach fat actually got harder. I worked out during this process and put on muscle mass throughout my body, but the stomach did not change at all. I gained weight through muscle mass and this is how they denied my PAH, and I said its not a weight reduction process, but a fat reduction process. They also will not refund my money when there is no evidence of any fat reduction in my stomach area. I now know why they do not use fat % tools, because it allows them to use your weight and pictures as a subjective tool. This cost me for no results. read more

They was not truthful with me on the phone consult after going to the appointment the next day myself and the tech decided I was not a good candidate for cheek filler I was then told I had already paid for the service they would get me a refund under buyers remorse .I was called by ideal image corporate I assume and I was told I could not get a refund for the $1,800 that I would have to get some other service. I didn't call them to do other services I wanted cheek filler and that was it.I was never told I was being charged up front. They are charging me for services not rendered. I recently signed up for 24 cycles of cool sculpting. Thanks to an accident settlement I was able to afford it. It isn't cheap! I was told to my face by an assistant that the Only procedure that takes time to work is the eyebrow lift. I was told it takes 3 months for the full effect to take place. It's been 6 weeks and I've noticed Nothing in the way of them lifting. Then I was told to my face that Every other procedure yielded instant results! Don't get your hopes up; it's Not true! Depending on the procedure(s) it often takes Months to see Any results. In the meantime, the body procedures leave you numb and tingling on the inside of your skin and when it itches you can't get relief. It also left me Very, very sore! I I Do Not recommend them. I was told that if any hair appears after your contracted treatments are completed, all you need do is go in and they will take care of it at no additional fee! UM, FALSE. A total LIE. I will start by saying that I've had a couple good experiences with this ideal image location. But that doesn't make up for the level of unprofessionalism I have experienced there as well. I had an appointment rescheduled the night before to 8:30 am because my original treatment provider could not make it into work. This was a minor inconvenience and I appreciated them working with me to still fit me in that day. The day of, I woke up early and drove an hour and a half to my appointment (paying $9 in tolls!). 7 MINUTES before my appointment, they called me and told me that the second treatment provider would not be able to make it in and that I would need to reschedule. The woman I spoke to showed no remorse, gave me zero apology, and didn't show the the slightest care or consideration for my wasted time. In fact she even had a bit of an attitude with me when I asked how there is no back up plan. Given that this is the only ideal image in the OKC area, I will have to keep coming here for the time being. However I hope someone with even the slightest level influence sees this (and the other negative reviews) and does something about the level of unprofessionalism in this particular location. read more

My personally experience- excuse the novel- went to this office for a consultation over cool sculpting. I had done a lot of research before hand so i knew what i was looking for. The consultation was quick. I went back, she held two panels to my stomach, said "you're a perfect match. Let me get you to the financial manager to get your prices" it took about an hour to even get into her office. I read online that it was 25% off but I'm pretty sure i didn't even get that deal, and if i did, based off everything online, they over charged me then applied their "discount" to that price. Either way, i went in for my first cool sculpting appointment and after they started the first side after 10 minutes a thermal event popped up. The lady told me this doesn't happen often but that they would need to reschedule me. I went ahead and got onto the schedule for the following week. Saturday came around and i went in for my redo appointment.. we completed the left side, when we went to start the second side guess what.. another thermal event popped up. The lady then reassured me that this normally happens with tattoos (which i have none) and that it was the machine. So we would have to reschedule the second side, AGAIN. i went to get on the schedule and they were very rude with having to work around my schedule. I have to work all week and can't take off to come to this appointment. They got me in 3 weeks later (tragic as i started seeing some results by then) i felt agitated because they were hateful about getting me back in as if it was my fault i had to get rescheduled for the 3rd time. After coming in again it finally got all finished and they told me they would see me again for my 1 month results check up... it's been a month and every time i call to get in for my results pictures they tell me they will call me back and they never do. Money pit!!! Do not use Ideal Image. They will con you into taking your money and you will be rescheduled do to lack of personnel to do your procedure for months and will not give you a refund. I had to go off my medication to get this ultherapy done one week prior and got rescheduled AGAIN, for months they string you along with rescheduling due to lack of personnel, once it was we forgot to check our supplies this morning and do not have supplies we need. We'll I wish I had read the reviews before I got trapped into this money trap. Will never recommend ideal image to anyone. Get the procedure done elsewhere. MONTHS in I m still being rescheduled so when my contract expires the procedure probably still won't be done and they expect you to pay again. I personally didn't have a good experience with this Oklahoma City location. PSA- Don't sign anything when you go to your consultation. If you know this is what you want, then go back or have them email you the paperwork to sign. Here's my story and forgive me because it is a lengthy. But it is my personal and honest review. I scheduled a consultation with Ideal Image about getting laser hair removal. My consultant was nice and everything appeared to go ok; until I received my "contract". First, let me back up. A young lady called me from corporate to set up my appointment at the OKC location. She mentioned over the phone that nothing will start until I actually receive my first treatment. She also said that I'm able to cancel if I change my mind. Mind you the key words are "AFTER I receive my first treatment". Anyways, back to my consultation. As I mentioned earlier she was pleasant. However, you can tell she was using all of the typical sale tactics. They will say whatever to get you in the door, not to mention they will leave out key details and give you the bare minimum information. Also, I was supposed to be getting a special Black Friday sale, only to find out that they jacked up the original price to make it seem like I was getting all these sweet discounts. The 60% off was almost laughable because it really wasn't. lol..... I don't mind paying for quality work. I like to get a bang for my buck. I'm sure the price is well worth it and had things gone differently, I would have signed up even after they played me with that "so called" discount. But let's be real.... People talk. I discussed other rates customers were getting and it was laughable because they pretty much tell everyone the same thing. Sometimes even over charging. Now about this contract. As soon as I signed this so called paperwork; I immediately canceled my first appointment for treatment. I came to that decision after doing some extensive research about Ideal Image. I assumed all was well because I was told it wasn't set in stone until "AFTER" my first treatment/appointment. After canceling, I then got an email and phone from my consultant saying that there are no refunds. At my consultation, I did qualify for financing, so they were trying to hold me responsible for the full balance. Fast Fwd to days later.... I had to get corporate involved. Once I did so, I then got full cooperation from the manager at that location. By the way, she called me and was very rude. She kept saying well "why did you give us your information, why did you sign the paperwork, what did you think you were agreeing too?" in this very condescending tone. When you go to a car dealership or buy furniture, you're not obligated to make a purchase that same day even after you go through their financing process (it's called inquiring to see what rate, payment, etc that you'll qualify for before making a decision). She had no rebuttal after I said that. Anyways, thank goodness I got it worked out in the end and my contract was canceled with no penalties. Moral of the story. This was a lesson learned. And I can thank Ideal for this lesson because now I know better. Be careful, read everything, question everything and DO NOT sign, initial, or give them your SSN until you're ready to move forward. Everyone was very nice in the office but I had to take a medical leave from my treatment to have my baby after already delaying treatment due to COVID. I was told to call when I was ready to resume my treatment. I called and Kaneeaha said my contract expired the month prior and that I would have to pay the Lifetime Guarantee fee to continue my treatments. She said she could book the appointment and send an email about the situation. I was booked over 2 months later showed up and she apparently didn't schedule me and didn't notify anyone of the situation. When I signed up I was told I would have so many treatments and touch ups which is what I expected after paying over $5000 for my laser hair removal. The office was understand and said I shouldn't have to pay the Lifetime Guarantee fee and opened a case with case management so I could get it straightened out. I never received a call just an email saying I was denied. I called and my case manager was not available but was told he would call me back. Never heard back. I had to call again 4 days later to get a hold of Ben and he said I had to pay the fee and that the contract expired. He was not helpful, not understand, and did nothing for me but offer one touch up treatment which would do nothing. I will never use them again!!! Anywho, I have been going to Ideal Image for a while (I would drive to Tulsa because they are so good at what they do-both facilities in Oklahoma are fantastic). So, if you're not sure what it would take to help you with your hairy woes, set up an appointment, and they will give you a personal consultation. If you get more than one area lasered, you can generally work a discount. My longest appointment was for my legs, which would take about 45 minutes, but that's a lot of area to cover. I signed up for laser hair removal in 2014, and have now completed the entire first package. The results are wonderful! I've purchased thousands of dollars of laser hair removal from other places, but the hair always came back. The Ideal Image lasers REMOVE hair permanently, and is worth the price! The staff (Alyssa, Jacqueline, and Melissa) are friendly, courteous, and very helpful. My treatments are usually done by either Heather, Carrie, or Breck; all of whom do a great job. It can be a little painful, it depends on the area being lasered. This is likely unique to each individual. Image gave me a prescription for numbing cream to use on those little areas. I am very frustrated as I purchased a Laser Hair Removal package in which at the beginning I was pleased by receiving my scheduled appointments as recommended to receive the most benefits, now it is extremely difficult to get scheduled in as they are not flexible with scheduling. Iif I am unable to attend my scheduled appointment upon rescheduling there is no availability after 2 months or more. This is inconvenient, and it can affect my results as I've invested a lot of money and I've experienced discomfort to obtain successful service & results! Also, upon purchasing the Laser Hair Removal package, I was reassured that it was not painful at all, that it was very minimal and that I should purchase. Being persuaded to purchase based on their advice, now I experience extreme discomfort and pain since each treatment increases intensity. I went in for a consultation for my bikini area in March of 2015 and ended up getting my first treatment that same day. I left with lots of nice skin care gifts and packets of information. Today was my 9th and last treatment. I was very satisfied with my experience at Ideal Image. The receptionists and PAs were always so nice and welcoming every time I came in. There were two receptionists that stuck out and were very professional, Jacqueline and Alysa. They remembered me every time and made me feel special! Carrie is the one that did my treatments the most. She was always so professional and was great at getting the whole area covered. She did leave for maternity leave in the middle of my treatments so I was sad to see her go! My last treatment was done by Casey. I automatically felt so comfortable around her, like I had known her all along. This was the first time I had met her. Casey was so thorough in this treatment, I could tell that she really cared. They gave me a parting gift and I gladly told them I would leave a review. I would 100% recommend Ideal Image to anyone, and I have. I am guilty that is paid over $5,000 for three areas and I am here for my last appointment in which I still have 50% of hair growth still on my body! Also the whole kicker is my appointment was at 5:30pm and I always come early so naturally I was here at 5:15pm and guess what it's now 6:05pm and still have not been seen for my appointment yet. Yes I have almost been here for an hour waiting! Not to mention in the time I have been here I have heard the sales Pitch 4 times and she lies to every person who comes just like she did with me! NO you can not be on a 0% payment plan and use a debit or credit card to make your payments! YES, you need to pay everything in fill within two years so you do not have to pay the accruing interest. Is not just interest from your remaining balance it's the whole damn thing from day 1 to current you will pay interest! Do not let her lie to you! I would highly recommend going to a dermatologist or really anywhere else for service. I have already started laser hair removal on me legs at a dermatologist office for get this $1,000. Yes that's it for both legs. NOT $5,000 which is the price you would pay at the 70% deal! Only my 2nd time going in for laser hair removal and I love it! Even after the 1st session I saw a big difference. Some areas never grew back. The first treatment they took the time to make sure they got everything right fir my skin and hair type. The 2nd time I believe I was in and out in under 30 minutes and scheduled for my next visit. The process is do-able. There is a hot/cold zap for a second then it's over. If you have ever been waxed then this is absolutely nothing. You will be amazed. It is worth every penny! My entire experience with Ideal was amazing. I first started getting Botox and Juvederm in 2010 from a Colorado dermatologist. After that first time, I ended up moving to Oklahoma. I am a 49 yo female. The first time actually lasted me a good 3 years with the Juvederm. And Botox lasted almost a year before I needed a touch up. When I started looking for a local aesthetician, I went with who had the cheapest specials rather than reviews of best work. Over the last 9 years I've gone to at least 5 different spas that were listed on Groupon or had a FB ad. And every time I feel like I wasted my money. Every time. I had found a provider on Groupon back in April and got an appointment scheduled for a few days later. This place, who I won't call out publicly (you can message me for a list of bad providers), was rude, dismissive and snooty. The injector didn't ask me any questions, just did the 60 (supposedly!) Botox units I had paid for. I needed to do something about the lines around my lips and glabellar lines but wanted to wait until I saw the Botox results. I left there very disappointed. In the staff and in the procedure. I know it takes a while to see the results of Botox. But a month later it still only looked like I had gotten maybe 10 units in between my eyes and the rest of the supposed injections weren't apparent at all. So I started a search again. Using criteria of friendly, reputable and honest, the search engine returned Ideal at the top of the list. Then Zen medspa (which is also an amazing spa!). I called Ideal and they got me in for a consult that night at 6. Not only did this spa talk to me about what results I wanted and what I wanted to spend, they got me scheduled that night for the procedure. As it was so late by the time we got started, I was expecting to have to come back for the Juvederm. But Jo ended up doing both procedures. She took her time, walked me thru what I needed compared to what I wanted. I ended up with around 40 units of Botox and one syringe of Juvederm. I have had Juvederm maybe 9 times throughout the last 9 years. And with the exception of that first time in Colorado, I feel I have gotten ripped off every single time. I got 3 syringes a few years ago and I couldn't tell a difference at all. But Jo, who is a sweet, smart, talented lady) used one single syringe of Juvederm for my lips. She defined them perfectly. I was beyond thrilled with her work. And with just ONE syringe....It shows me exactly how other spa's water their products down. As I stated above, I've had multiple syringes done at the same time with minimal results. This spa is honest and you actually get what you pay for. The staff were amazing too. By the time the numbing cream had set in and the time Jo took for the injections (she did not rush at all), the spa had been closed for about 30 minutes waiting on us. But not one single employee made me feel as if I was inconveniencing them. They were super friendly and nice. Even though it was past closing and I know they were ready to leave. They were wonderful. Jo is an artist. The only issue I had with the spa is they don't due the tear trough. But that is corporate thing and I totally understand. I ended up going to another spa - Zen Medspa in Edmond, for the tear trough service. I wrote another review for Zen. They are also an amazing spa and Jessica is very talented and honest. So the problem for me now is choosing between 2 amazing spas. I would recommend Ideal to anyone. Loved the experience and the results!! If I could rate this company a 0, I would. This was the worst experience ever and I am definitely paying for it. The people in this office are very nice but unfortunately are tied to the "corporate rules" of doing business. They talk you in to these packages that are WAY overpriced for the service you receive. I paid over $4,000 dollars (still paying on it) for practically zero results. I have dark hairs still growing (visibly) on my face. I complained and complained, received "3 free", however, once those were completed and my face still had very visible hair growth, they wanted absolutely nothing to do with me. Offered to give me 6 free treatments of underarm laser treatments but wouldn't help me complete my current problem. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! This has truly been one of the worst experiences of my life. Not only financially but physically and emotionally. I am still paying for this service that has been deemed "complete" yet, there is extremely visible hair growth on my face. It's sad, embarrassing and very upsetting that I trusted a company to help me with a problem I had. I do not recommend this company. Go to a doctor or trained physician in this area. I wanted to leave a review for those who are thinking of getting this done. I have completed all of my treatments and payments for laser hair removal. The treatment is not for the faint at heart but I can tolerate it. The staff is nice and friendly so my experience was fine. However my reason for a 2 star is that they give the impression you will be completely hairless. This is not the case and towards the end they tell you what you really should expect. The coarse hairs the laser can get however the fine hairs will always remain. Which for most woman the problem are the finer hairs more so than coarse. Just an FYI for future buyers. read more

I decided to get laser hair removal for my soon-to-be wife for a christmas present. She wants it more than anything. Ideal Image would not give me prices over the phone, saying that a consultation was necessary, so we set up an appointment the day after christmas. Jayme Preston talked with my girlfriend in private, I should've went in with her, life lesson learned right there. This was a typical, high-pressure sales pitch that my better half went through for 40 minutes, and here I come in to a situation that was destined for unpleasantries. She quoted us OUTRAGEOUS prices... chin-$1,099, bikini-$2,694, $947-upper lip, legs(lower) not upper-$3,892 and it goes on. They were so "generous" with their package deal of everything done for $10,275, and that is WITH a 50-70% discount HA!!!!! Wow better hop on that one. We'll stay away from this money sinkhole of a place, far away. I recommend doing plenty of research on laser hair removal. There are plenty of different types of machines out there for different purposes. We're going with either Signature Skin Care or Rejuvena.
