I wanted to wait until my next treatment, but I have already seen a drastic change from just ONE treatment! I bought 12 treatments for underarm hair removal/laser hair removal. I had my first treatment done about 3 weeks ago, and after two weeks I noticed that about 1/4th of my underarm hair is not growing back! I should also mention that I'm fair to light skin with coarse black hair so, I think the laser picked up on my pigment better. I've researched in the past those with super light skin and dark coarse hair have better results. So, what does it feel like? I'm not going to lie, it felt like a warm to hot roller with needles rolling around under my arms, but the entire procedure only took a minute. I think if it was a longer procedure, it might have been more painful, but because it only took a minute, the pain was very doable and not too bad! WARNING! Laser hair removal is super addictive. Yesterday I went to this clinic for my first initial consultation I found online, before I set up for the appointment, they charged me $50 deposit to make sure I'll show up on time, however, after consultation, they are not going to refund me back for my $50 deposit saying it would deduct towards to my future purchase if I'm going to do buy any service later. The point is one their website it says " As always, your initial consultation is free. It gives you a great opportunity to talk with us about your options before you even invest a penny. To help determine the best option for you, and schedule your free consultation, please call us at (405) 841-0500." They posted on their website saying initial consultation would be free but not saying it has to deposit $50 first, and towards to your future use. I have seen Dr. Victoria Johnson for Botox and face fillers. I'm not happy with her work . The face filler she put in my cheek on the right side went to under my eye area instead. The heat treatment they tried on my next visit didn't work. The Botox she put over my right eyebrow made me look like Dr. Spock. My inner brow dropped down while the outermost area of brow went straight up. I think she needs more training. I have been there for laser hair removal and that's all I will be back for because Dr. Johnson in my opinion isn't worth your $$$ money. read more

I've never experienced such horrible botox injections! I'm not even sure who the nurse was who injected me, but it was a 100% waste of 36 units. She succeeded in lifting my eyebrows (which I clearly stated was not the area of concern!) and left me with total movement in the area of primary concern. I knew the second that she was done with the injections that it was going to be a mess, because SHE DID NOT LISTEN TO WHAT I WAS ASKING FOR! Instead, she gave me the treatment she thought I needed and now, I have to go to someone else, spend more money to relax these awful eyebrows and then even more $ to focus on the area of concern. I would never step foot in this place again. The only positive thing I can say is that Jessica, the front desk manager, had great customer service skills but there's nothing she can do about a terrible provider. read more

Sadly it did not work for me. I received twelve treatments by various staff members of which some were friendly and some not so much. I'm mostly frustrated since I keep hearing how it is supposed to work but it didn't for me. I wonder if they were using the correct machine on my olive complexion with a mix of blond and course dark hair. Laser Light Skin Clinic is wonderful. Sometimes it is a hit and miss depending on which technician you get. There has been only one I didn't like because she rushed my treatment. They offer a lot of specials. I like that they remind me of my appointments. They're also very accommodating. The front desk receptionists are amazing! They also do their best to help me get in even if it means listening to their voice mail to see if there are cancellations and then calling me back. I only use them for laser hair treatment. Beautiful facility and the staff is very friendly. It was very easy to schedule my appointment and they gave convenient lunch hour session. I'm doing underarm hair reduction treatment and I was expecting it to be more uncomfortable. The procedure is so fast and while it's not "painless" it's completely tolerable. I've been back to work for 2 hours now and I have absolutely no discomfort under my arms. I want to say that I greatly appreciate the technician who didn't make me wait too long in the treatment room. It was first thought that I would visit with the Dr. then receive the laser treatment. But, after me waiting about 10 minutes she came back and said we could proceed with the appointment & that I could chat with Dr. next time. I can't tell you how much I appreciate their respect for my time. They have a pretty strict appointment policy and it's good that they reciprocate. There's nothing worse than having an appointment and then not being seen until 15 minutes or more after your scheduled time. The bowls of dark chocolate kisses are such a nice touch and I enjoyed mine later at work. I will update my review in about 3 months after I've completed my treatments. read more

I had an awful experience here. I went there a year ago to remove the scar on my nose. And the scar is more obvious on my nose. I went there for my last follow up appointment and they feel like they can't remove the scar and kicked me out. That's the meanest experience I have ever had in my whole life. They were like that a vein. I was like what? They have the pics from before and after. The after one is like worse than before. That's ridiculous! Very upset. WARNING. watch when you pay/book. Receive a voicemail about questions I had to book treatments. When I called another employee that did not leave the voicemail answered and book a consultation and treatment. I thought it was strange to pay up front but I did. They did not proceed to tell me the money was non refundable on this first call. So not only was I not explained the full procedure nor that the money was nonrefundable. Little to say I was shocked when I called back later that day to reschedule my first appt. Only then was then explained appts needed to be spaced apart and the money was non refundable. Due to traveling I would not be able to accommodate this. This is the only facility and I could not get my money back even after paying same day. They said I could have a gift card but at this rate I don't want my money going towards this company or giving it any business. read more

So here's the deal. I don't necessarily want to Yelp about laser hair removal. That's a bit of TMI, IMO. But, to not Yelp about this excellent place and the work that they do would be to really do you ladies (and probably some dudes) a real disservice, so I'm going to go ahead and bite the bullet and overshare. I started with my underarms. It is supposed to take six treatments, but after the first one, I noticed a huge difference. The remaining five treatments will help keep me from having to shave very often, if ever. So, I added the bikini - same deal; hoping for the same results. Happy to report a few helpful things if you're considering this. It does not hurt! Like, at all. It gets very warm, but it does not burn. Bear in mind I'm only on my second treatment (of six) but it really does not hurt. And, at Laser Light, they honor their special pricing all the time. So if you're thinking it is $99 per treatment, like I was, you'd be wrong. It's $99 per area, which covers all six treatments. Considering that a Brazilian, after tip, comes to $75 and lasts for a month to six weeks, I'd call this a big bargain. I opted for the bikini in this case, also $99 for six treatments. Finally, it's very quick. You're in and out in less than 30 minutes - you can manage it even on your lunch break, even though for most of us, it's a bit of a trek. The downside? It is a bit of a gateway drug as it has made me start thinking about all the other slimming, shaping, sculpting, plumping things I'd like to have done. read more

{{TMI Warning, friends!}} I feel it is my duty to let Girlworld know about the beauty that is LLSC (see what I did there?!). I thought laser hair reduction was costly, painful and a pain to do the multiple treatments and I couldn't have been more wrong. My trainer told me that she got a groupon for got laser hair reduction on her underarms for $99. I thought she meant $99 per treatment, but upon reading the fine print I learned 1) it is $99 for all 6 treatments on a small area and 2) LLSC offers 'groupon pricing' all the time! I scheduled my first appointment for underarms and got in within a few weeks. I was still nervous when I went in, but the staff quickly made me feel welcome. You start by meeting Dr. Johnson (yes, the one from the commercials) and she couldn't have been nicer or more personable. She gave me an overview of what to expect, asked what questions I had and then sent in a laser tech. I can't remember her name now, but she was fast, painless and so very nice. Note: Painless if you have shaved that area that day-- otherwise you are burning hair!! I was glad I'd read up on that before my visit. She told me to beware, that I would get addicted and want other areas. She was spot on-- after 6 weeks of only having to shave once/week (instead of once/day!) I decided if I had to go back 5 more times (every 6 weeks) I might as well add an area. When I went back for my first follow-up I added my bikini line and was still in and out in about 20 minutes (including wait time and scheduling my next appointment) and I have already decided to step it up to the Brazilian on my next visit. So all in all I am really happy so far with the quality, service, cleanliness and speed. My absolute only complaints so far are 1) on my second visit they told me it may actually take 8 treatments instead of 6, and 2) I had to cancel my follow-up this week because I was sick and they couldn't reschedule me for 4 weeks! I'm going to chalk it up the end of the year craziness, but these two combined likely means I will have to spend more money to accomplish the end goal, but it will still be less than I originally thought laser hair reduction would cost! read more

The staff is nice, most of the time it was quick in and out for laser hair treatments. The main reason I give it 3 stars is that the treatments were painful and didn't see to much of a result. At one point I got burned. I have been going to a different clinic and have seen way before results and a lot less painful.
