Being a skeptic by nature, I was a little wary at the beginning but since I needed to get in shape for an upcoming vacation, I thought that I might as well try it. I have done quite a bit of research prior to going to the center and the information I gathered was in line with the services and results I received. Lipolaser at NuCurves is a non-invasive procedure combined with Whole Body Vibration that works great on lymphatic system prompting the unwanted fat and toxins to be flushed away. The laser works on those hard to get rid of areas and produces noticeable results very quickly (though I am sure everybody is different and some people may get results faster and vice versa) Rhonda, the owner of the business, is a very pleasant, knowledgeable and approachable person and it was a pleasure dealing with her. They put me through to the Crowfoot location and I booked an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, I was greeted by this young guy who gave me a clipboard with a form to fill out. The form looked like it had been faxed, was totally not legible, and appeared to have been faxed by someone who was drunk. I was so frustrated with this and told the guy that they should have something better to fill out. His excuse was that they ran out of forms. You think they could have got some from one of the other locations in town or had someone who wasn't drunk fax a better copy. Guess not. My appointment was with Nicole. She was nice enough but I think the crappy form left a bad taste in my mouth. Nicole explained a bit about the program then we went down the hall to weigh me and take my picture. Back to the room to chat some more. Nicole went over why I eat, what I eat, when I eat, yadda yadda yadda. I hate it when they try to analyze you and put you in some kind of category. I eat because food tastes so darn good. I LOVE chocolate. I don't eat because i'm depressed or what have you. Nicole is not a dietician and I resented her telling me that I need to be educated on how or what to eat. I probably know more than she does. At this point, I started to really not like her and kept thinking maybe I should just leave. After Nicole explained the 3 different programs, I told her I just wanted to do the trial because I've never done any kind of diet before. She actually says to me that anyone who does the trial is just setting themself up for failure and that the consultants treat someone on the trial differently. I was stunned she would say this. When I said no, I just want to do the trial, her whole attitude changed and it was as if she could care less about me. I really wanted to run out of there but decided to just pay for the trial and my food for the week so that's what I did. When it was time to pay, there was another lady at the counter along with the guy and I felt this cold chill in the room. No warm fuzzies at this location. After getting home, I was second guessing my decision so a couple days later, I called back, explained what a terrible experience I had at Crowfoot and made an appointment at the Signal Hill location. The places are like night and day. I'm so happy with the staff at Signal Hill. You can read my review on here later. As for Crowfoot, I'd never ever return unless I want to feel worthless and undervalued. The staff here needs to work on their customer service skills. Maybe they can learn something from Signal Hill as they truly know how to treat people.

I understood I was buying a series of red light and shaking that would give the results I needed. I was very clear on my goal and the fact that I could not come twice a week, in fact I made sure they knew I would come every three weeks. The Ad I read on facebook, even states 2 inches guaranteed. I spoke of that guarantee. I was told to see results I would have to increase my protein. Which I did. Unfortunately after I started the schedule, I tested positve for Covid, so had to cancel. I also had a complication so had to postpone my next appointment until I could walk again. I restarted and proceeded to complete all appointments. The last one they did a rescan. To say I was disappointed is putting it midly. I did not have any results, I did not lose 2 inches as advertised. In fact I did not lose any belly or thigh fat. NONE. I voiced my dissappointment. The staff admitted she missed doing the in between scan ( I believe could have shown no weight loss and we could have made a change so to not waste all of my money. To make it worse Avril sent me a very negative email, blaming me and did not take any responsibility and made NO attempt to make me happy. In fact, she mentioned I bought the " R&R program, (rest, relaxation program), not the weight loss program. My truth is until that email I had never heard that term and I certainly would not have spent one dollar on a program I don't need. !00% waste of money for me. That is my truth. I would never do business with this company, ever again. Every single word is factual. This not a good experience. Thus the rating is accurate, based on my experience.!
