Bernadette is magic! I knew I wanted to make some changes with my life, but I did not know where to start and I was feeling stuck and tired. I googled Reiki people in Calgary and found Bernadette under a top 10 list. Her prices were fair and she had good reviews, so I decided to go. My energy was fully blocked and I needed a lot of work. I liked that she did not ask personal questions but did explain to me how the process worked and what I needed to work on. She helped me by clearing out the negative energy and blocks I had as well as tips and grounding exercises I could do at home. She also gave me crystal suggestions to help with the clearing. I followed her directions and came back to see her within the specific time frames that she suggested for optimal results. As time went on, I needed to came back less and less. Bernadette wants what is best for her clients and to help you feel better.
