I then used the law firm again when I was going to have a tenant move into our house, and Max patiently went over all of the legal requirements to be a landlord. Most recently, I used the law firm for selling a property, after I spent hours reading the forms and instructions myself. Max was able to do everything in 15 minutes. Sometimes, it's worthwhile to pay a professional, and Max is someone I've learned to trust.
