Lauren (so sweet and so smart) would send out emails that let us know what just happened with the house and what's going to happen next. One night I was texting back and fourth with Christine at around 930-10pm, and the next morning there was an email from Christine regarding a different matter in my inbox sent before 7am...I don't think she sleeps. I'm not saying she's WonderWoman, but I've never seen her and WonderWoman in the same room together, hmmm. Christine's very smart and has her masters degree and it's reflected I her relatable, easy breezy professionalism. She makes everything look effortless, and feel seamless. Did I mention she sold our house in ONE DAY?! Lauren's artistic and unique photos drew big time interest, and Christine dealt with the buyers realtor (who didn't answer her phone most of the time and would only show up half the time). She is the agent you might want to use if you want to buy a house that is extremely undervalued . She did a market analysis on a home my husband remodeled And her market analysis was way below what 4 other agents had given us. She said the most we could get for the House was 245000 and it sold for 325000 the first week with a higher offer received after we had accepted the 1st offer. She had nothing positive to say about the house and still wanted to be the listing agent. When I questioned her regarding her analysis and how she came up with such a low figure especially since it was so out of line with anyone else's market analysis. She said she had her own formula. The biggest surprise is the formula did not include square footage as part of the formula which is quite unbelievable! Also I asked her about the upgrades that were made and her response was that all of the wrong colors were used. I was taken back because everyone that has viewed the house except Christine commented about the colors and what an amazing eye for color the person who picked them out had. I think the main issue I had with Christine is not whether she liked the house because everyone has different tastes but she claimed to be a professional real estate agent that knew her business. She said she looked at the house as a product and I was emotionally attached to the house but the truth is I was looking for an agent that would price the house correctly price and not underprice it just to get a quick sale. If the house is priced right you get a quick sale anyways without loosing $80000.

I was going to sell my mothers house whom passed away but did not know what to do. I spoke to my…read moredaughter and she suggested I call Scott Frahm. I called him and he met me at my mothers house. He looked everything over and said we just had to empty the house. Well, it took almost three months. Scott kept in touch to see if we needed anything. What I liked about Scott there was no pressure to sign papers. When we got the house emptied Scott came over and said we just needed a clean up. I asked him if he knew anyone and luckily he did. I told him we better sign some papers. He came up with a price for the house in which I was very happy with. He also told me we were having a n open house the following weekend. As the weekend neared we were excited but than Scott called me and said the open house was cancelled. He than told me he already had 6 offers and asked if I could meet him which I did. He had an offer for $10,000 over asking price, cash and the people wanted a fast closing. I accepted. We had the closing about 10 days later. We met the people and I met the lawyer Scott suggested I use. His fees were very fair. The people gave me a check and they got the deed. Everyone was very happy. Scott goes over and above and gets the job done. Now my Daisha's him looking for s house and than she will have him sell hers when she gets another one.
