I told her I didn't receive 2 in November. She said one was for outside. I did get a call about an outdoor treatment and told the company at that time I do not want outdoor treatments. I was not informed when I signed up that there were 3 indoor and 1 outdoor treatments. I'm an organic gardener and have never had outdoor treatments, only quarterly basement treatments.
