Mullholland Pest Control are not only very capable in what they do, but they do it with enthusiasm and efficiency. The technician we have visit us (Ken) is incredible! He explains exactly what he is doing and why. He answers all my questions (even the stupid ones) with details and a smile! I cannot recommend Mulholland strongly enough. The big difference is they care! If I call they respond very quickly either with an actual visit or more information. I was worried about bed bugs & got 2 companies to give estimates. I can't speak highly enough about the expertise, care and communication skills that Ken from Mulholland Pest Control demonstrated! His inspection was meticulous, and his explanation was thorough. I was freaked out enough to pay a lot of money for an extermination, but he said it wasn't necessary. He explained how he looked and why he didn't believe I had bedbugs. He talked about what I should look for and what to do in the future. There was a modest fee for the inspection ($55.00 in November 2023) but it was well, well worth it. (BTW, the national chain I also called sent someone to inspect who took almost no time, said I needed it, and scheduled an extermination with very little explanation about how to prep for it. Plus the fee was twice what I paid Mulholland). read more

Convenient to be able to charge an out of state customer for a job just before they transfer the home, and then leave the same problem for the next owner and try to charge them again. I think the tone of the letter speaks for itself. As a business owner instead of admitting that there was still a problem, while taking the excuse that since the original owner isn't still here to complain I can walk away from my promise to address the issue, I would want to broadcast that I got to the bottom of why the problem wasn't solved that I was paid to fix. read more

Last winter, we were suspicious of mice in our house and confirmed that we did have them when we opened the pantry door early one morning! They not only took care of the immediate situation, but they also set up our vents, garage and basement to prevent future visitors :) I knew to contact them because they have been spraying our house/yard for spiders and bees each summer.
