Drs. Deed and Shirlene Harrison are excellent providers. Their passion for their profession as well as for their patients are very genuine. I have suffered with migraines for 21 years and their treatment has decreased the frequency of them dramatically. The CBP techniques of spinal and postural correction makes sense as well as alleviate pain. My neck's curve was not curved like it should have been, after going through treatment and putting the curve back into my neck my migraines lessened so much I was able to stop taking synthetic beta blockers. Not only helping me, Dr. Shirlene helped my daughter. She was having chronic ear infections, one every 6 weeks for about two years. She was on antibiotics every time. She was set for surgery April 2012, Dr. Shirlene evaluated her and found that she did not have any curvature in her neck which was pinching her Eustachian tubes not allowing her ears to drain. My daughter spent a whole week going daily for treatment. Then she was able to continue at home. She never went into surgery to have tubes put in her ears and has had only one ear infection since, and that was due to travel. The treatment along with the dietary changes that Dr. Shirlene recommended we were able to avoid having our daughter be put under anesthesia. Dr. Deed assisted my son in his posture which helped his asthma. My son has asthma and has to take preventive medication containing steroids. Dr. Deed worked on my son as well as made dietary and supplemental suggestions. I am happy to report he is no longer on the medication that contains the steroids. I am so grateful that our family's total health has been improved by Drs. Deed and Shirlene. I have taken my 7 yr old daughter into Ideal Spine Health Center to help her with her reactions to gluten with celiac disease and to boost her immune system. A few days ago she was accidentally exposed to gluten and it took her one day to get back up and running where it previously took her a week to feel well enough to go to school again. She has also been happier and healthier. Dr Shirlene is so sweet and has a natural way with helping my daughter to feel comfortable while getting adjusted and making it fun at the same time. My family and friends knew how much pain I would be in when I had a migraine headache. 3 days I would be in bed, the bedroom had to be dark and no noise. I've never been to a chiropractor before. I went to Ideal Spine because I had been in a car accident and my fiance thought I should be checked for whiplash. I was surprised to find that my spine and neck were badly misaligned. I was more surprised at how easy it was to work with them and start treating and reversing the effects of the whiplash. They provided me with a detailed, easy-to-understand packet that showed my x-rays and informed me about the procedures they would use. I was worried about cost, but they work hard to make their services affordable. In my case, they are billing the insurance company directly, so I don't have to deal with the stress of trying to get the insurance to pay up-front. Only a few months later, my headaches and dizziness have been less frequent, the pain is less constant, and I feel healthier and more able to concentrate and get things done. I had been taking the pain for granted, but now I know the difference, and I'm amazed at how much better I feel. I have been a patient of Dr. Deed and Dr. Shirlene since about 2003. I initially went to see them for chronic headaches. After corrective care, my headaches dissipated. Ten years later I am still headache free. Both my daughters have also received treatment from Drs. Deed and Shirlene. My youngest has had the most care with them, she was diagnosed with scoliosis in 2009. She did a year of treatment from 2009-2010 and had amazing results. She had about a 75% correction in her spine. She is still being treated by Ideal Spine Health Center as well as another D.C. I live in Nevada and make trips up to Idaho for treatment of both my girls. I have been to other Chiropractors here in Nevada but not have been the least bit satisfied with the care we received. I was in a car accident almost 3 years ago injuring my cervical, thoracic and sacral. Everyday since my wreck I have had pain. I went to every orthopedic between Nampa and Boise and was told either one of two things: 1. We cannot help you, you are going to have to find a pain management specialist but here are some pills 2. Since you are not a surgical candidate we cannot help you. Just by chance Dr Todd was introduced to my boyfriend who did everything short of tying me up and taking me himself due to my skepticism of already seeing 4 chiropractors I was sure I would get herded in and herded out just like all the other times. Just as the five stars represent Ideal Spine Health Center is as good as it gets! I have recently been getting Laser treatments for a finger that became infected after an injury. The infection left the knuckle oversized with limited motion and pain during usage . The Laser treatments have eased the pain and given me back some of the lost motion. What I love about Ideal Spine Health Center is that I was actually getting my maintenance adjustment on my spine when the Doctor noticed my enlarged index finger and inquired about it, the Doctor suggested that I try a laser treatment for some relief , I tried my first treatment that day and after three treatments I can honestly say the finger is getting better. I'm here, at the Ideal Spine Health Center for the week-long basic certification seminar. This place is Amazing! I've worked, as a chiropractic assistant, in 2 different CBP clinics over the last 6 years; and this place still gives me chills, it's so cool. Now I'm a DC student, chugging through the program; and it gets draining. Though I've never lost my purpose, I admit that the DC program is different from what I expected. Let's just say, coming from a background in CBP, I had different expectations. I have been to a few chiropractors over the years, and I felt that I knew what to expect upon my first visit to this facility. In fact, the only reason I went was because I found a groupon in my inbox on a day that I had to leave work early due to excruciating pain. It seemed serendipitous, and I suppose it was. My expectations were blown out of the water. I never felt like I was being rushed, I met almost the entire staff on my first visit, and I felt so well cared for. I took advantage of a Groupon deal for a free evaluation and massage at Ideal Spine. I just moved to the area and have experienced an escalation of my scoliosis problem and following an arduous move, with months of lifting, hauling and bending. ... along with years before of ignoring my back problems and abusing my back from projects in the house and yard. I could barely walk from lower back pain after the move, and am concerned I may end up in a wheelchair! Ideal spine health center is an amazing medical office, I came to them after having been diagnosed with chronic daily migraines. I was previously prescribed with pain killers, blood pressure medications, seizure medications, and high strength migraine medications, none of which helped. After one visit with Dr. Todd, he took X-rays and identified that the pain wasn't imaginary, my spine was out of alignment in multiple locations. I haven't had a SINGLE headache since the first adjustment he gave me! The doctors at Ideal Spine Health Center in Boise do phenomenal work on patients with back and neck pain. By realigning the spine through corrective chiropractic, they are able to not only alleviate pain, but more importantly revive you internally. I had no idea headaches, migraines, acid reflux, allergies, high blood pressure, and organ dysfunction were all related to some sort of nerve interference, but surprisingly after the spine is realigned, all those other problems diminish altogether too. I was helped in to Ideal Spine 10 months ago with my wife on one side and a cane. Dr. Joe and Gracie, at the Eagle, Idaho Office. In two weeks They had me walking, with out support, standing up. Dr Shirlene has been of great help to me. I have dealt with scoliosis and resulting issues my entire life. It is a condition that I have and will need to deal with my who life.
