I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service and scheduling process at this office. When you're dealing with children and therapy services, communication and organization are critical, and unfortunately that has not been the experience here. Scheduling has been difficult and unorganized, and it often feels like the needs of families are not being prioritized. Parents already have a lot to manage, especially when advocating for services their child needs. A smoother and more supportive process would make a huge difference. I truly hope the office works on improving their communication and scheduling systems for the families they serve. read more

My son has been coming here for the past two weeks and communication and scheduling have been amazing. I felt the need to comment because the bad reviews could possibly make someone miss out on getting their little one the services that they need. EDIT TO ADD OWNER ANSWERS REVIEW AND SAYS SHE WISHES GOOD THINGS BUT WONT RELEASE MEDICAL RECORDS OUT OF PURE SPITE AND GREED Like the other lady said in the reviews just not a good place for services. I want to start out by saying the owner told me word for word. I care more about my employees than my clients. I asked her about the review left on the better business bureau of course she states that its false and the lady came to them begging for services back. I don't believe that for a second. I'm guessing she is saying everyone is lying about the bad reviews. I will be leaving my own review with the better business bureau. She also told me on the phone she has problems with a lot of parents. I could go on and on about their HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION about appointments and scheduling. Amanda the office manager is very rude and for some reason the owner lets her do or say whatever she wants. I'm guessing because she cares more about her than any client. One day she held my child from me while i was sitting there watching her. Unfortunately I did not know much about ASD or therapy before I sent my child here and they had availability. They cant keep staff we've seen tons of staff and families come and go. Past therapist have spilled beans to us about how dysfunctional they are as a company. We had one therapist stay with us the rest have not been there more than a year. We had a great BCBA that left. I have witnessed a lot of leaving with this company. We knew another issue would come. So, my 7yr old son had therapy today 7/12/2022. When we arrived I was told that my son was discharged because of my review on google saying that my review was a Bit much, which seems like a personal vendetta against me, so they took it out on my son because they don't have their stuff together. The office manager and the owner are unprofessional because she tried to tell me that she seen me on camera coming into the office without a mask and that is untrue and if I did it was a mistake and I went back to my car to get my mask. Furthermore, they tried to say to many incidents have happened involving my son. So, because I ask about marks and bruises on him that wasn't there before I turn him over to the therapist???? I'm the wrong one?. Oh, she also said my son never keeps his mask on....Um hello! YOU ARE THE ADULTS...he has cerebral palsy and is autistic, even I have to keep putting his mask back on, so try again lady. So, you're mad because I'm concerned about my son's safety????. So, instead of trying to correct the problem you choose to discharge a child that clearly needs therapy. Your issue is with me the PARENT not my son. Just goes to show how unprofessional they are. I have the right to voice my opinion, it's called freedom of speech and because I left a review of my concerns my son was discharged instead of correcting the problem. Wow! read more

The front office failed to request for additional visits from insurance. I had my insurance call a month prior to explain how to request additional visits. I called two weeks prior to remind them and they said they would get it done. One week later I called and asked if they requested and they lied and said they did and were waiting on insurance to respond. When I called the insurance they said nobody requested anything and they called the office. The girl only apologized and said she would do it today. If you don't babysit these people they will not do anything but socialize and answer the phone. I will be calling back to speak with the office manager. This is ridiculous! read more

This was one of the best massages I have had in the last year! My therapists name was Krystle. She was very polite, attentive and thorough. She hit all of my target areas, asked for my preferences and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire massage. The room was clean, organized and well kept, it had a nice scent to it as well as the sheets. The office had a very professional look to it and that made me feel comfortable as well. The front desk clerk was polite an professional. It was easy to get an appointment and the check-in was quick and easy. I will definitely return! Good job ladies! read more

I think it's first and foremost important to note that Ideal Therapy has a bad reputation. I was unaware of their reputation before I utilized their services so I want to warn anyone looking into using Ideal Therapy for their child's services. If your child needs services, please look elsewhere. Issues I ran into with Ideal Therapy: -We had the evaluation for speech therapy services via zoom. My 2 year old did not interact with the worker via zoom. He did not want to interact with the worker. Instead of saying that we should attempt the evaluation in person, they just knocked off points so it looked like my child needed more services than he actually needed. -They have a high staff turnover rate. Including the evaluation, we had 5 sessions with Ideal Therapy. My son had 3 different workers. The last worker we had, he was actually held a doctorate in the field, was a great speech therapist. He interacted with my child and really gave good pointers during the sessions (minus the last one but I'll get to that momentarily). However, based on Ideal Therapy's website, he no longer works there. Once again proving the high turnover rate point. -The billing manager, Amanda. Before I utilized Ideal Therapy, I asked about the price of the evaluation and the services. I was quoted a price. Come to find out, the evaluation was actually DOUBLE and the services were also higher than I was quoted. Every session I asked about the itemized statement because it never looked like what I was quoted before we started services. I was always given some sort of explanation by the front desk that basically the statements were incorrect and that I was actually paying for everything like I had been quoted. After the third session, I spoke to the front staff worker and asked her if we were up to date on payments. Like, there would be no further payments. I was told that I was correct. However, we showed up at our 4th and final appointment and I was pulled into Amanda's office. She sat me down and broke down all the statements and that's when I found out that everything was higher than I was quoted. Not only that, I still owed them two more payments because I wasn't up to date on paying for the sessions like I was previously advised. When I went through everything with her about what I was told, she shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing she could do. I spoke to my sister-in-law later who works in billing at a medical office. She advised me that this was absolutely incorrect. She could uphold the original price that I was quoted. At the time of my conversation with Amanda, I advised her that this would be our last session. She pulled the speech therapist out of the session with my son after I advised her of that. She spent the entire length of our 30 minute appointment with the therapist. When the therapist came back into the room, he printed off "homework" for us and sent us home. We didn't even get a last session due to Amanda in billing. However, they still billed for the entire session. -The owner of the company will not contact you back if you have a grievance. After everything with Amanda, I spoke to the office manager. She advised me that she would speak to the office manager and the billing manager and see what they could do about the services. I was never contacted back. I had to contact them back after a couple of months when I never heard anything or received any further billing in the mail. I assumed after not hearing anything that they just cleared the account like the office manager and I previously discussed. When I finally contacted them back, I was advised that they had done nothing and they actually sent me bills in the mail (which I never received but yet somehow I received the letter they sent to me saying that my credit card information might have been compromised by their system during the time that we were receiving services). I once again was forced to interact with Amanda regarding billing. She said that she would contact the owner and get back with me. I never was contacted back so I had to follow up again. I was advised once again that there was nothing they could do. I had to just pay the bill. I advised them that I wanted to speak with the owner. They told me that they would leave her a message and I was welcome to email her. I emailed and called multiple times and never received a call back. If you need services for your child, Ideal Therapy is not the place to go for your child to be serviced properly. Your child deserves a good company and this one is not the company that will help your child. read more
