Ideal Wellness is the best!! I had gained a lot of weight in law school and during my first year of employment and had just gotten engaged. I was completely lost and wanted to lose weight for my wedding but wasn't sure where to begin - I tried working out, eating better (including running a half marathon) but nothing was working at least not long term. I went to IW on recommendation from my sister. I lost 25 lbs and it's been 3 years and I've kept it off! The program really works - but the best part is the coaches. Bri and Paula are so kind, welcoming and helpful!!!! I actually look forward to my weekly weigh ins as if I am treating myself to a spa appointment. They guide you through challenges (i.e, weekends away, special occasions, just general life) and let you be you. I would highly recommend ! read more

Meet the Business Owner: Brianne D.

Brianne comes to us via Indiana, where she attended Purdue University. As the owner of Ideal Wellness & Weight Loss, Brianne's primary focus is the implementation of the Ideal Protein Weight Loss method. She is an integral part of our coaching staff and assists in training coaches throughout the Pittsburgh area. Brianne found Ideal Protein in 2010, achieving great success losing 35 pounds as a participant, and then used her knowledge to transition to a wellness coach. Beyond her training in Ideal Protein, Brianne brings a warmth and understanding to our dieters.
