Take your money to a florist that can at least deliver in a remotely timely fashion and not act blasé, dropping a general disclaimer about not guaranteeing delivery times. If you can't get your orders out in an organized fashion to accommodate reasonable requests accompanied by a good tip, don't take the orders offer to refund the tip.
