Tip: If you DONT have an appointment, get here right when they open at 9 am. I walked in at 9 am and I was done in less than 10 minutes. But when I walked out at 9:09, there were two people waiting. The entire process feels fast and hurried. Be ready to follow instructions and stand up to get your fingerprints done. The lady doing the process is quick and efficient. The office is spotless. If you are standing outside the mall, IdentoGO is on the very far left. When I went, there was construction down that way, but the mall door was still accessible. I had no idea this mall existed. Nice place to walk. Mall transitions directly into UAA without any doors or otherwise. Interesting place. read more

If you sign up for TSA Precheck, and live in Anchorage, you'll end up here. They say it's for an "interview", but all you really do is re-confirm everything you submitted online, pose for a picture, and sign a form. You get your precheck results in a few weeks. Priority is given to appointments. You CAN'T make an appointment here, you must do it online. Do it. If you don't have an appointment you could wait all day here. This was a one-woman show when I visited. It's located in a haunting, dated mall, like so many other things in Anchorage. They don't allow photos inside, because: security theater. read more

Pretty easy to schedule an appointment online and manage it. I came in on time and it was a quick in and out, but the reason for 2 stars is that the guy doing the computer and asking questions took my picture for the TWIC card, and didn't let me look and approve. Just says it's fine. Every time I've gone in to get a new card I've been able to look at the photo in case I need a redo. Oh well. I'll go through this again in 5 years. Use to do. Very rude their last week. The two females could have been kind and helped people knowing they were closing and there is NO where else to go. Nasty on the phone and in person a young man named Bruce was a gentleman. After 2+ hours of sitting in the waiting area he at least spoke to me respectfully and tried to offer help. What a joke I took drive for a couple hours. Thinking there were walk in appointments. I could not get the program to confirm an appointment. Pretty sad story. read more

Made an appointment online for Wednesday 5/22/24, CALLED at noon to make sure place was open, upon confirmation drove over an hour to get there only to find the office closed. Other Tenant in the building said location had not operated since last Thursday. Waited on the call center line for over 20 min. Nice chat with person there, he had been getting calls like mine all day long. Call center computer said location was open. Huge disconnect between physical location and call center/appointment system. Physical Station Manager supposed to inform call center of closure, but apparently didn't. No way to contact physical location either. Only way to know if it's open is to physically stop by. Waste of time, very unprofessional, systemically challenged business. If there was an alternative I would take it, but apparently they are the only ones in town that can do PreCheck. So frustrated at massive waste of time. read more

Made my appointment online. Drove an hour toget there, and the office was closed. Other people had been wainting ALL DAY, hoping the office would open. It was Veteran's Day.If they were not going to be open, they shouldn't have made appointments. Their website is completely useless. read more

I just got done signing up for the tsa enrollment at the IdentoGo office in Anchorage AK. The lady who helped me was rude, condescending, and impatient. I actually am shocked that she chose to work in this kind of busy field knowing she would have a lot of contact with people. What a way to end my busy day of appointments. I do not recommend this office at all. If you are looking to get enrolled in tsa pre check I recommend you try an office in another city. read more

I've had 2 rescheduled appointments here and when I drive an hour in the snow to make the 2nd appointment, they were closed. No one called, emailed, gave a heads up. What horrible customer service. Have some common decency and value other people's time. read more

I waited at my appointment for over 1 hour a week ago, then finally left because they couldn't get their computer to work. I rescheduled for today and got several confirmation emails for my appointment leading up to it. I show up to the office only to find out they just decided to cancel again. When I asked the owner (only person that works here) why I didn't get a cancellation notice, her response to me was "you should have looked at the website before you showed up today". This place is run by one lady who doesn't care about providing a service and has no clue how to run a business. She (somehow) has a contract with TSA and is taking advantage of the system to collect a paycheck. If you can go anywhere else, do. Avoid this location at all costs! read more

they apparently don't do fingerprinting (despite advertising)... the gal working there will be sure to tell you that in the rudest, most disrespectful way and will be sure to attend to personal concerns (aka boyfriend/husband walking into the office after customers) first! The appointment time is just a suggestion, even though it's website clearly states appointments take priority over walk-ins. They dont seem to have a system to process appointments first and they just check in people as they come in. The worker checked in someone who did not have an appoint and told her to take a shit. Then the worker checked me in and after telling her I had a 3:10 appointment (I arrived early to the appointment, there was someone else waiting and no front desk counter rep. It was 3:18, by the time she checked me in). She proceeded to take the walk-in first. So just show up whenever you like! read more

This place is posted with the request to wear a mask, which I of course did. The woman calls you back in a tiny window-less office without a mask during the height of the current outbreak. As I have been asked to wear a mask by the postings in the waiting room, I figure if we are going to be confined to this tiny space, it would be reasonable for her to wear one too. I asked her to put one on and she simply replied, "I don't have one." Which is an intentional choice, not an accident. During the required process, you have to remove your mask to get a picture taken. I find it incredibly rude to assume that everyone who goes in there either doesn't mind sharing her air, is vaccinated, has already had Covid, or is otherwise healthy and not at high risk for serious complication by possibly getting whatever she or others may be passing around as a result of the conveyor belt of people walking into that tiny space with her all day removing their masks. Don't set up a double standard for customers and staff and be respectful when a customer asks for a minor accommodation standard with our time. read more

Customer service is terrible, no eye contact and swearing from the receptionist. Only one individual working on services of individual. Make sure to make an appointment otherwise you will wait for hours before being seen. Appointments first before walk-ins, even though they take walk-ins. The Saddler Mall Identogo was way better than this one (Arctic Blvd). read more

This place sucks. I keep making appointments to get fingerprinted for TSA Pre-Check since they're the only place in town and my appointments keep getting cancelled. The lastest gave me a reason "The center is temporarily closed." Showed up to the location today and the door was locked. No notices on the door or anything. Then, they have a digital picture frame that displayed a toll-free number to call with questions. Guess what... the number didn't work. read more
