After issues with the website, and several phone calls, I was able to schedule an appointment at the Viscount location. I arrived early and found ten-plus people waiting in front of a closed office. There was no note on the door and no local contact number. The hours listed state the office opens at 9 AM. After waiting 30 mins, I called the customer service number and they could not give an answer as to why the office was closed. The service rep was able to reschedule my appt. at another location. Once I made the appointment, it was a fast and easy experience. I was having my finger prints taken for two different reasons so it took about 15 minutes. When you first get there, enter through the main door and walk to the back of the main foyer. There is a staircase and elevator there. It took me a second to find. Once you go up the stairs, you walk all the way around the second floor. There are paper signs everywhere. It is suite 218. I highly recommend making an appointment because it did seem busy. The woman taking my finger prints was very friendly. If you would rather wear a mask, go ahead, but it is not required. They do not accept cash payment. Make sure you bring the proper documentation and follow the email guidance from making the appointment. There wasn't any signs saying no children, but unless they are getting finger printed, I wouldn't bring mine if I had the choice. Overall, was an easy experience. read more

If you are running late like we were, they give you up until 15 minutes after your appointment to arrive or your appointment will be moved to a walk in. I arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment, signed in and sat down. About 10 minutes later an employee placed a sign on the wall stating all TSA Precheck appoints were cancelled. About 10 minutes later he came out to tell us to come back as a walk-in (without appointment priority) or schedule another appointment (two weeks out). "Inconvenience" aside, the customer service portion of this business is in need of some serious work. Viscount location, I made an appointment a week early. Show up and it's closed. No signage to say they closed early. No call, no email to reschedule. Very unprofessional and inconvenient, not to mention inconsiderate to their clients. I proceeded to schedule an appointment at the west side location, super happy with the service and the store is full of cute knick knacks.. My advice, make the trip to Mesa location. read more

I had an appointment at this place for fingerprints. I arrived at the time of appointment and dor was closed. It took them 7 minutes to open the door just for the guy to come out and tell me that I was late and that i should have been there 10 minutes before. No where in the appointment confirmation receipt does it say anything about being present 10 minutes before the appointment. I was asked to wait until the next appointment and saw rhw same thing with people arriving no one would answer the damn door. Worse place i have ever gone for fingerprints. I went to this location to get my finger prints. the young man seemed bother that I was there. I asked if there was a fee since the website didn't say, he interrupted me by saying "78". he asked questions that were answered on the application, which is not a bother but the way he asked. when he took the picture said "do not smile", of course I wanted to laugh. I came with my friend to do her TSA pre-check appointment and whoever (male) helped her was so full of rage and hostile that she was shook for the rest of the day. She said she wanted to call his supervisor but was scared. Here's what happened: 1) Scheduled the appointment online with no issues, and was able to be seen within four days; 2) Showed up on appointment day at 8:18 AM; 3) I was called in at 8:19 AM; 4) The lady who took care of me was courteous and professional; 5) By 8:25 AM I was finished and on my way out the door. Looked over Yelp reviews before heading out to an appointment I had scheduled online and read a review that a customer had showed up at the location for their designated appt time and the door had been locked, no one showed. I show up and had the same experience. Door locked, no sign, no phone call or text for a heads up. I stuck around for 30-45 minutes after my appointment time and witnessed 10 other people who had scheduled appointments as well and no one ever showed up. Very unprofessional. Since there is no direct phone line to this IdentoGo location online (only a 1-800) we weren't able to contact anyone. Left and scheduled an appointment at the IdentoGo west side location, no issues fast and easy. Strongly recommend driving out to that one instead. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. They do not take walk-ins. There's a hand written sign on the wall that says no walk-ins taken but nowhere on any website, does it say walk-ins are not taken it says walk-ins will be taken after appointments so a kid comes out and tells me my boss told me to put up that sign, no one is there waiting room empty and refused to take us read more

I went in for another fingerprint session. This time there was a different attitude. The staff was nice, they answered questions, and were patient and respectful. Also, the price for this service was good value. Which was weird because last time I went in for fingerprints for a volunteer position (= unpaid, so don't want to spend too much on a background check, please), while this time I went in for a more formal/professional reason and paid hardly anything for the fingerprints. read more

I'm having to pay again and make another appt because the employee at this location who completed my finger prints spelled my name wrong when inputting my info into the system. Because finger prints are so official there is no option to have my name changed in the system and corporate customer service was completely unable to help. read more

This palce is HORRIBLE!! Staff is very RUDE and the place (office) smells...very unprofessional..
