So glad I came to this location verses the first! As a new walk in applicant for my TWIC card, I was pleasantly surprised that the entire process was completed less than 25 minutes, and that's being second in line. The receptionist was semi-welcoming and direct, which made the experience speedy & smooth. Ms. Moe the staff member who handled my fingerprints, was extremely knowledgeable and made everything quick and easy to understand. I also like that my new TWIC card comes with the added benefit of TSA pre check; it feels like a two in one win. Overall this was a smooth,efficient,and friendly experience from start to finish. Ms. Moe even provided a hard case landyard for when my TWIC card comes, only flaw is that I couldn't smile on mY photo, and needed to have all my braids straight back. I appreciate that she let me view my photo to verify likeness. I wish I would've did a redo, I accepted my first pic. (Plus there was no line, behind me). Ms. Moe let know once my pre check expires they still will message me to renew, it's no need when you have an active TWIC card in place. Would've been cool if you could pay the difference when you have an active KTN PRECHeck; verses the $124 for 5 years. But for future clearance, why buy preCheck when you get more from a TWIC card. They also host CDL classes here, and once you've earned your certification they place you on their wall of fame, which is such a beautiful thing. Walking their halls, I had a feeling of inclusivity, "I wanna be on the part of the team on the wall". That's how beautiful the presentation was presented. read more

Giving this place one star is far to generous. These people never miss an opportunity to lord their "authority" over everyone, even when it's not necessary. They never fail to be rude and condescending. I showed up 20 minutes early and there was no one in line before me. The "lady" looked at me like I was crazy for thinking she might want to get ahead of the rush by taking me early. "NO. Sit down and wait for your appointment time. I won't take you before then" So I sat while she stood an stared at the wall for 10 minutes. At 10 minutes before my appointment, she decided she would do her job and take me. I told her I'd wait until my appointment and she got huffy. Okay, so what exactly was the point? To assert your authority? Make yourself feel important? If you don't like your job, find another one. The lady Rita, who is a fingerprint receptionist today at identogo/DMV gave horrible customer service, was extremely ill-mannered, arrogrant and ignorant. I arrived on time today to identogo, but was directed to lines by a worker who was standing at the door explaining that their "systems was down and everybody needed to reschedule". After a couple minutes passed by she directed us to cubicle 7 to reschedule, but was then transferred to a cubicle in the middle of the room (Rita's cubicle) since it was a separate thing. After I was transferred I was seated and was waiting until my turn. She rudely stated that "I do not take late appointments" when I was never late and had actually came on time. I had tried to explain that the lady in the front directed me to a different area, but she couldn't care to listen. She then proceeded to ignore me and I was left dumbfounded and having to reschedule without further explanation. If this how you're gonna represent the company you're working for, then I suggest you NOT to take this job in the first place. Disregarding and having a horrible attitude towards costumers after they politely tried explaining is unacceptable. She also stated things that were irrelevant and things that were not related to her or to her workforce. Not only was it unacceptable the lady also lied stating "I don't why she was in the line" when I was specifically directed to it. read more
