I brought my old iPhone into these folks thinking that I would need to replace the charging dock and also had battery issues. I spoke to Levi on the phone and then came in and met Yaakov. He told me that I didn't need to replace the charging dock, and then cleaned it out for me at no charge. First good thing, they were honest. He could have easily done the repair I didn't need and charged me for it. Complete nightmare with this company and their handling of it. Took in my 6 week phone that had a crack. Phone worked perfectly other than the esthetics of the crack. When I picked up the "repaired" phone, the phone died 2 hours later and would not hold a charge or turn on. After much back and forth with Levi, he attempted putting on a different screen which still did not fix the problem. He put the original screen back on which he had completely damaged while removing it. Upon taking the phone into Sprint, they said b/c the screen was so damaged from the botched repair (pieces had been cracked off so that you could see the internal parts of the phone) that I would have to buy a new phone. As if being without a phone for 9 days wasn't bad enough, the warranty would only cover a portion of the new phone because the damage to the screen was so bad and the crack was not "warranty-able". I understand that things don't always go right, but this company has refused to take any responsibility for ruining the phone nor willing to pay for or offering to pay for any of the new phone. Mind you, this phone was only 6 weeks old when I brought it in. The technician at Sprint could not believe how bad iDenver Repairs had botched the phone or their treatment of the customer. My iPad was dropped and the Lightning connector broke inside the charging port. Took it to Apple Genius Bar, and got a horrible experience and nothing fixed. The Apple Genius, supposedly, didn't have a clue of how to fix this or if it can be fixed. So I went around looking for repair places. I remembered about iDenver shop I found last year on Google search, so I went to ask. They knew right away of the problem and how to fix it. It was cheaper than other repair stores. And they have great friendly service. After about 45 minutes, faster than 2 hours original quote, my iPad was fixed and ready back on commission. Thanks for the great professional service! Mike is a great guy and does great work. My son cracked his iPhone 5s screen and a friend referred us to iDenver. Mike got back to me right away and we set up a time for me to come by. 25 minutes later the screen was fixed. He was friendly with me and everyone else who came in to see him. I even saw him tell one girl honestly that the Apple store was a cheaper fix for her particular problem and help her look up when she could get in to their store. This is the WORST place to have your phone repaired mostly because this dude is a condescending asshole. It only took him 20 minutes to replace my screen (yay!), but it only took 2 months before the screen broke (yay?). I called him, and he told me that the issue did indeed sound like a problem with the screen. He also said that he would replace it...if I paid shipping to have it sent to him (I don't live in Denver). He would not refund me for his shitty part because HE couldn't get refunded for his shitty part unless he had my phone. So I went to Apple and paid another $150 to have the broken screen replaced. Apple took one look at the screen and identified it as "third-party." Meanwhile I paid this guy more for the APPLE screen, not the cheaper third-party version. I told him what Apple said and, classically, he told me that he doesn't believe Apple because they always lie! But...remember when he diagnosed the problem as a screen problem before I took it to Apple? Apparently, he didn't remember that. He told me that he had made it ABUNDANTLY clear that he could not (really, would not) help me. Because he sucks! Just take your broken phone to Apple where the warranty matters and many storefronts exist with real techs. It literally costs the same. read more

This is by far the best, fastest, and most convenient (even though I went to the physical location) repair place I've been to. My husband's phone was smashed, not only was the screen smashed, the screen was going berserk. They were straightforward about fees and quality of parts. Loved that. Bottom line: apple does the repairs cheaper than this place. Detail: I have had 3 devices repaired here but my iPhone was the last one I will take to them. I got it repaired and screen options were not explained. When I went back and complained about the color they said that is because it was an industry standard screen ($135) They charged me $40 more to get the apple screen. Firstly let me start by saying I think Mike is a great person - I do not think he is out to rip anyone off. But these guys use inferior screens (4 of the 5 screens Mike had to keep replacing made the colors look bland and grey, only the original iPhone screen he used once looked good) as well as patch jobs for fixing battery issues (didn't use proper battery attachment so that he had to come back and try and refix, which is when he broke something else in it.) Last time Mike 'fixed' my phone it kept seizing up randomly afterwards and I couldn't use it. Mike said maybe it was water damage and I explained to him the issue only started after he 'fixed' the phone. I haven't heard about getting a refund for that last work which basically broke my phone, and this is after spending several hundreds of dollars with them, which is a little crappy really. Again, Mike is a nice guy, I just think other places do better quality work with less issues afterwards. read more
