I asked them for a quote for a Google Pixel 3 phone and they said they don't and unable to work on it without even looking at the phone. It's like they automatically said no. Horrible service a d why would they advertise a phone repair service on here if they aren't going to take a look? I'm highly disappointed and not sure why everyone else gave them great reviews. They probably couldn't fix the phone anyways and just said no to save them face. Will not be recommending them to anyone who lives in the Denver area. If I could leave half a star I would.. The only reason I am leaving 1 star is because I have to (lol) and Brian was actually really nice, but did not take care of my issue, & created a bigger issue. I called Brian to get my phone screen replaced, as I had a small crack near the top speaker on my iPhone. It took Brian 2.5 hours to replace the screen, but once replaced my front camera did not work (meaning no FaceTime, no FaceID), which he knew before leaving my house & didn't offer to fix. Also, the touch on my screen was all out of wack touching in places I wouldn't even touch. I spent $150 replacing a simple cracked screen, to end up with a phone worse off than before Brian had 'repaired' it. I ended up having to buy a new phone, costing $1,200 the putting me out for a total of $1,350. Play it safe, pay the tiny bit extra to fix your screen with an authorized dealer. read more

Legit! After cracking my screen and attempting to fix my iPhone 7 Plus myself... I decided that leaving this job to the professionals would be ideal. I searched different places at first, such as Office Max and Staples.... but for such a high price, not sure if I'd get my phone within a few hours, and without a warranty of some sort, I decided to go with Premier iPhone Repair. Going through their website and the prompts, it was pretty easy to see how much it would cost and what services they perform on my phone. It did take awhile for them to get back to me, but I texted them and they got to me right away. The appeal is the meet you were you are at AND they get it done within half an hour. As long as you are within range of the zone, them traveling to you is free! I chose a public spot (A local bookstore with a coffee shop) and they complete the job right in front of you. Now my repair was unique since I tried to repair it myself at first. I stripped the screw of my home button, a big no-no since the home button is IMPORTANT. Because of this, they had to fix this at their office (with the help of the owners). I don't know if I was just super trustworthy, but I trusted they would get this fixed and come back with a fixed screen. 30 minutes later, Jax (this is the technician that was fixing my phone), had it all fixed and ready to go! Now, yes, a cracked screen is supposed to be a 30 min fix... but like I said, my homebutton situation was unique, so I was still pretty dang happy it was done within an hour! Jax went through the whole protocol of showing me that the screen and display was working, and off I paid with my card and we all parted our separate ways! Fast forward to later that afternoon, my screen was acting funny. The display was leaving an outline. I took a picture of the display with my husband's phone and sent it to Jax and Premier iPhone Repair. They were willing to meet up to get this fixed. We met at another location closer to my house, (still in a public area), and Jax took a look. For some reason it was working with no problem with the display. Jax let me know that if I see something funky going on with my screen to contact them right away and they would swap out the screen. The next morning, the same outline showed up on my screen. I contacted them again, they set up a time that worked for my schedule and swapped out the screen with no problem. Throughout the whole process, Jax was patient, friendly and didn't mind me sitting and watching while he fixed my screen. If I ever had a problem with my phone again or any of my friends or family had a repair needed on their iPhones or tablets... in a heartbeat I'd choose Premier iPhone Repair. They are a small business that does a big job. I don't know what I'd do without my iPhone! Just had my phone repaired by Levi, and I have to say that the overall experience with these guys from start to finish was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in years. Talked to Josh this morning, just a few minutes after they opened, and he was able to set me up with a 2pm appt... not bad after a long holiday weekend during which I was probably one of many who dropped my phone, shattering the screen. Levi showed up promptly at 2pm. Friendly, very quick, happy to explain things as he went... within 20 minutes he'd disassembled the screen, attached the new screen, put the thing back together, tested it and taught me what to look for in terms of post-repair issues. These dudes are incredible. My last phone suddenly stopped charging (and wasn't holding a charge anyway) but I was at work and unable to get someone to fix it. BUT these guys offer mobile repair so I arranged for a battery replacement right at my work! Unfortunately, it needed another part replaced that wasn't on hand but I was not charged for the visit. When I went to their location, my phone was fixed while I waited which was hardly any time at all. They even replaced my crappy phone screen with a free tempered glass one! Super nice guys. Since then I've got a new phone and failed miserably to put on the screen protector myself. I popped in and they gave me one free and put it on in about 5 seconds.
