Is it just me or are smartphones slower and crappier than they used to be??!! I have been here a few too many times as I don't have much patience with phone tech and like to throw my phone when I get angry. These guys are great!! Their prices are very reasonable for screen replacement and they are super fast! Turnaround in 20min usually. They even tossed on a free screen protector with it too. Last time I went I also had the battery replaced. So far my phone seems to be performing snappier and they battery drain is much slower than it was. FINALLY! This is a great shop! Sam is very knowledgeable and friendly. Double checked my iPhone 8+ to be sure he knew what was wrong and then had the battery replaced in about 40 minutes (I had called the Friday before to see if he had the right battery - he did and put one aside to be sure it would be there when I drove in - again very helpful). Shop has a great selection of refurbished phones if you are not interested in paying $1200 for a brand new one but still want a good phone with many of the newest features. Don't bother with any other screen repair businesses this is the place to go! I've been to the UBreakIFix franchises and had a broken screen again a week later. They offer a 30 day warranty but I didn't want to go back for a third time after breaking my screen again only to pay another $150. I requested a quote here through yelp and got a reply almost immediately for $80. Upon arriving the owner, Sam, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and fast! 30 minutes later I was out the door with a fixed screen and new screen protector for only an extra $10. Yes, they were fast and fixed the screen quickly. BUT it doesn't tell you that in addition to the charge that they quote for coming to you is a $15 mobile charge and then they add on 15% tip. The $100 online charge wound up being nearly $150 with tax and tip. Was good to have it done at the house instead of going in to a store, but wound up being 50% more than they advertise. read more

I called the guys at Denver Phone Doctor around 11:30am this morning and was able to meet them at my local Starbucks by 1:00pm to have my iPhone 4s screen replaced. An executive at work dropped his iPhone and shattered the screen. Oh the humanity! I mean, shattered pieces of glass were piercing his fingers people! I found Phone Doctor of Denver by a quick Google search and decided to give them a try. I was able to book an appointment easily online. They could come to the office and perform the repair within the hour. They were supposed to show up at 10:00am. I received a phone call from either the owner or manager stating that one of their drivers was in a car accident and they were running a little late (45 minutes). I really appreciated the courtesy call. The repair kid showed up and fixed the phone in 10-15 minutes. I was quickly able to pay by credit card and he was on his way. My executive was happy and all was right again in the world. The fee is a little high at $200 (about $40 more than taking it to the Apple Outlet) but in a business situation like this, the cost is nominal. it's a lot cheaper than paying full price for a phone that isn't due for an upgrade with our phone carrier! If you need to get your iPhone or iPad screen replaced this is a good company to have it repaired correctly. They come to you and repair it in about 25-30 mins. Brian the tech who fixed my phone was a nice guy and seemed to be able to repair the phone with his eyes closed. The screens they use are identical to the original ones. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because I would have liked to seen the tech have a company shirt and provide me with his biz card in case I have any issues later. Since I had the repair completed at my work, I was asked a few times after the tech had left if he was a friend of mine and this could have been avoided had he been wearing business casual attire with a company logo on his shirt. Overall I would definitely call them again if I needed my phone repaired. read more

Avoid these guys unless you enjoy poor customer service. I had two iPhone 4s screens replaced by these guys with no issues. I then needed to replace a broken iPad Mini screen. They installed a replacement screen that does not recognize when the apple cover is closed, so the screen does not shut off. It took them two and half weeks to come to this conclusion and they offered to not charge me. I should have taken them up on this offer, but at the time the only issue was that that it didn't recognized the cover closing. I had them bill me 50% for the screen replacement. The iPad Mini screen was replaced in March and by mid May the screen has started to shut off and then forces a reboot of the iPad Mini. Called Denver Phone Doctor 10 times before I was finally able to speak with George and he informed me that there was nothing they could do. These guys are technically inept when it comes to the iPad Mini and I would have thought after having three devices worked on in less than a year, they would at least offer to look at the latest problem to see if it was due to the replacement screen or a new problem, but no, they would not offer this. Very poor customer service indeed. read more

Great Service!!! They came to pick up my phone which was greatly appreciated and needed on a Friday and they had it finished on the same day. I called them to follow up on a status as they said it would be 2 hours. It took a bit longer as I had broken not just the screen but the LCD inside but they promised me I would have it back before the end of the day and they did!.
