Nice people and relatively quick to print. Tablecloth was pristine, but the banner had my company logo blurry and not usable. It was pretty pricey but trusted them to make it as best as possible. They failed to communicate resolution problems, and failed to resolve when requesting a newer print. I would go somewhere else next time read more

So to rebuttal on my last review of this shop over charging me for a 11x17 tabloid print. (They charged me $90). 1. How good could 1 print be on a 11x17 paper on foam core possibly be? Is it printed on gold platted paper? Is this print doing my taxes? How could I possibly be confused when I asked you all I needed is a foam core 11x17 print on Matt paper. 2. I never said I needed that print that day. Like I said in my review I was just getting quotes. I could of been happy getting it in a week. 3. Just so readers know the print shop I did go with charged me 9.89 for the print same day turn around. 4. When a customer straight out tells you what they want how could they possibly be confused. 5. Why are you charging customers more for prints and how come you would of gave me a discount if I am a graphic designer? How come you don't charge everyone the same rate? read more
