I had two different orders and had issues pulling up the pick-up barcode for my second order so the cashier asked for my last name. He made a brief tempted to ask someone to look for the order but gave up after a minute or so and moved on to ring up the lady behind me. I was standing there just waiting to be helped so I asked the other guy that was at the online order section. He too made a half ass attempt but moved onto something else. At that point, I started looking for my orders myself. I located one of the two orders, but had difficulty finding the second one. A third employee came towards me and asked if I needed help. She was finally able to locate my second order. Got home, and found out that the mask I ordered was broken. I went to a different Party City and they didn't have the exact mask so we had to go with something else. At that location, we were told only an exchange was allowed so we ended up paying nearly $10 more for the other mask. Overall this was poor and frustrating experience that resulted in us paying more at a different location. Update: I found out that Halloween returns must be returned at least seven days before Halloween. I looked up the policy since the cashier at the other location didn't specify.

I didn't waste any time and headed to the front counter to inquire about my pickup order. I was worried I'd be frightened again by a skeleton or clown or something scary. The two guys at the counter were helpful. Grabbed my to-go order and were on our way. The costume fit and looks great!

Well, I have used this party rental place several times over the years and it's always been great…read moreservice. Not this time. First, they dropped off the waterslide 2 days early and didn't pick up until Monday, since it was a Saturday rental. Most people would be excited to have some extra days, except for the fact that a bounce house on your grass for 5 days is not so great for the grass. Second, when it was delivered it was not turned on and tested out. We were told we had to use our own extension cords with no further instructions. So the next day, we roll out our own extension cords and realize the blower plug was burned out. When I called and advised Bounce-A-Roo, they blamed US for the damage and were insisting we damaged the cord. They come out to replace it and adv it will be a $50 charge. UMMM NOPE. Then he proceeded to tell me that we were using the wrong cords. So, even though I knew we weren't the ones who damaged the blower, for the sake of saving my sons birthday party.. I go out and BUY new cords only to realize it was the same 16 gauge cords we were using before! Thankfully, we made it through the party but it doesn't end there. The day of pick up.. the guy calls and wants ME to inflate the slide and get all the water out. Ummm NOPE.. "you had one job.." LAST, when he comes to pick it up, he blames me for not getting the water off and leaves it until the next day. Considering all the WORK I DID, Bounce-A-Roo should be paying ME! I will never use this company again and I will be blasting this review to all of my friends. Ridiculous.

I purchased mini golf with a 20% discount. Entry cost for unlimited pay is $9.99. You HAVE to purchase their socks for $2 a pair at your first visit. They remind me of hospital socks, but there's no difference other than having their name than a regular sock. We thought there was a little more to this place like it was advertised. It's one larger jungle gym with a loud zip line, and two bounce houses, and some floor pad game. That is it. There is a machine that dispenses spiked balls for 50 cent. It was so low it was hard to grab. We grabbed 4 total balls from the "claw machine" I have two boys and got 1 red, and 1 blue that my son took forever getting. I'm assuming it was an owner or managers daughter, and grandchildren here at the same time. Anyways they were running a mock when we got there, they were the only others here. They were playing with staff. The two younger boys related to someone on staff took two of our balls right off the table. There was no apology from anyone on staff. A front desk grabbed the ball the first time and gave it back. A few minutes later another child took the 1 blue ball we had. Instead of getting it from him or even apologizing they let him have it. We were offered a dollar personally from the front desk girl, who seemed to be the nicest here. We weren't able to get another ball, they got one from the back it was purple, not the biggest deal whatever. If you're running a business especially brand new- how about not having your family ruining that business look for you. We won't ever return nor recommend this place. Save your money and go to an unlimited play at Jumperz, or Jump Zone.
