I got them scheduled and they showed up when they were supposed to do the job, they assessed the situation and got up in the attic to clean out the vent pipe leading to the roof. It would be very difficult to recommend a company whose owner does not care about your project, honestly, I am not sure if I hadn't made calls and threats, we would have ever gotten the room complete.
