She was really patient while working with me on the mapping especially since I sent over a lot of inspo pics, and as a first-timer, I wasn't sure how to describe what I wanted. I came all the way from Dublin to Antioch because she's one of the few lash artists in the east bay that do anime lashes, and her portfolio really solidified my choice because I loved the natural style it showcased where her lashes would enhance your eyes while adding a little extra twinkle. Her studio has a really calming and relaxing vibe, and she is so, so sweet and professional. She also offered snacks and water before getting started! During the process, Jenni had a really gentle hand and explained everything before doing it, which is really nice because since your eyes are closed the whole time, you wouldn't be startled when she'd move onto the next step. I almost fell asleep at one point because I was so comfortable! We did a reveal at the end and my jaw was on the floor with the results -- each lash was styled to perfection, and it literally looked like I had a filter on my eyes! Her pricing is more than fair and she set up a trial about 2 months before my wedding. I had her change a couple minor things for my wedding makeup and she did a great job understanding what I wanted. She's also so skilled at doing natural makeup, which can be difficult to find for bridal makeup. All of my bridesmaids, mom, and mom-in-law were very happy with their results as well, and the makeup lasted all day despite it being an outside wedding on a hot day. I had microblading with shading due to an old brow tattoo from over 20 years ago. During our consultation, Shawna recommended the shading in order to blend in the old tattoo.
