I came all the way from Dublin to Antioch because she's one of the few lash artists in the east bay that do anime lashes, and her portfolio really solidified my choice because I loved the natural style it showcased where her lashes would enhance your eyes while adding a little extra twinkle. During the process, Jenni had a really gentle hand and explained everything before doing it, which is really nice because since your eyes are closed the whole time, you wouldn't be startled when she'd move onto the next step. One reservation was for someone who is on Yelp Elite, and the other person is heading back to the East Coast on Jan 2nd. Also, the refund of the two $25 deposits would take 5-7 business days. I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card company and got the money back immediately. Moral of the story is eventhough you schedule your appointment window, pay for the deposits and put in requests to take time off from work, you're still at the mercy of the business owner and when she decides to work.
