I'm often on hold for 10-15 minutes before talking to someone. And you can never just dial into a person directly as a patient. It's not the most modern office but they have been doing some recent upgrades - such as adding electronic touch pads to each room with access to a variety of medical topic videos and information. I do like the on-site lab here. Makes it convenient to get blood work done.

The night I was admitted I hadn't anything to eat all day, the kitchen was closed but the aid gave me some graham crackers and she wasn't stingy with them, she gave me like 12 of them to satisfy me till morning. I was very impressed with their ordering system where you can order your food through an app on your phone, and you put in your times for each meal. Everything was perfect plus they said it was chef prepared, it went way beyond what I expected. Every meal was good. I have pics to show. I was being prepared to go to a therapy place, this was the first time I ever prayed to God to let my insurance authorize it 3 days later , so I could get a breakfast omelet before I leave I have never wanted to stay in the hospital but I prayed and he granted, in actual my insurance didn't approve til four days later.

Depending on what's going on in the city, I never had to wait in ER. I saw Er Doctor, blood drawn and test done within an hour of being there. All the doctors I came in contact with was good , but of course they were at the behest of my PCP. I came here because I had an infection and while I was here getting antibiotics and treatment, I caught Covid here, but they took really care of me. One of their big issues is they don't want you in pain while you're there, so their pain management care is good at giving you what you need to make sure in you're recovery that you be comfortable. Now they make sure they bill you, I received emails letting me know what my cost owed after billing my insurance. Their food program is good as hospital food is, also they're on the " call and order". Your food and they prepare it and bring it to your room within 45 minutes. All of the food service employees are so nice and when they bring your food, they make sure to put it on the table and setting you up to eat. Only problem I had and it's not the food service fought, if you are very out of it, calling to order your food is quite forgetting if you're feeling bad trying to recover. As for as everything else they did their job and I didn't have a bad experience except for getting Covid while I was trying to recover.
