Young is so great at lashes. I didn't have a picture of what I wanted but described it to her and she nailed it. Not only did she get me exactly what I wanted, she did it so quickly! SCAM!!!! We bought a groupon for mink lashes. After she's started putting them on I ask to confirm they are actually mink. She tells me they aren't mink but they are cashmere. First off, that's not what I bought so that right there was a problem but she had already put a bunch on and she told me they were "better". Also a lie! I looked them up online after. Cashmere is much cheaper than mink! When I was driving home I immediately noticed how shiny they were. Light was reflecting off them in a very distracting and irritating. I have had lash extensions several times before and never experienced this with the synthetics so I figured it was just due to them being cashmere. That evening the lashes were falling out like crazy. I looked up why these were so shiny and everything led me to think they were low quality synthetics. So with my extensive lashes that have fallen out I check them by burning them. And alas another lie! THESE ARE CHEAP SYNTHETICS!!! They don't burn! They melt and cool to hard plastic!!! She is a liar and a scammer! Groupon gave a refund but we still have tip money that needs to be returned. I would say she needs to remove these complimentary but at the rate they are falling out they won't last through the week regardless. I will be posting this on the salon that allows her to work in the back of their store as well. They should be ashamed that someone in their salon is scamming people. read more

This was my first time getting eyelash extensions and Young has made a repeat customer of me! She has a way of applying the lashes that is both dramatic and natural looking. Her salon is private and comfortable. She will have you lie down with a comfy blanket, put on some music, and go to work. I was so relaxed, I almost fell asleep 3 times while I was there! I got a discount on Groupon and loved the way my lashes turned out of at first but everything seemed off. I proceeded to give her a $10 tip and she told me she wasn't sure how long my lashes would stay on since they're curly? I just went in to get my lashes re done at a different place and the lady told me it doesn't matter if they're curly. I don't want to be harsh but it didn't seem professional to say that to your customer. Yes she finished them very quick but it seemed like she didn't take her time on placing them. It's been 6 days since my appointment here and they all have fallen out and did not seem like Mink lashes. They seemed very cheap like cashmere. Loooveeee my eyelash extensions from IEsthetic's. Youngri did an amazing job! I'm extremely particular about my lashes and she made my lashes look fuller, thicker, and longer. They were perfect. My lashes stayed on for about 3 weeks which is the longest I've ever had lash extensions stay on without them looking really bad and I got so many compliments. Young is hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. On top of sending a confirmation email she sends a text with a picture of the building shes located in AND directions on how to navigate to her studio. My entire experience was amazing. She was on time, cordial, and professional. She took my opinion and desires into consideration for the consultation and accommodated me everytime I was slightly uncomfortable as far as my pain scale by offering more breaks and to help keep the area as tender free as possible. I had microblading and if no one has told you....that really hurts. I have tattoos on my sternum and it was worse pain than getting a tattoo in that area. But she was so kind. I was trying to play tough and she picked up on my body language and offered some relief. In addition....no redness when leaving! I forgot to pack my hat to hide the redness but I didnt need it anyways! I'm so happy i went with her and will definitely recommend.
