I went to someone who was in my price range a few years ago because I wAnTeD tHeM RiGhT NoW and was too impatient to save up more money. They didn't match each other and the color turned out dark purple, so I politely expressed my concerns with the original artist at my touch-up session. Unfortunately it still didn't go well, and I ended up with what you see in my "before" picture. Soon after that, I went to Frida Cosmetic Art to start the saline removal process. She had a daunting task ahead of her. It took 5 sessions due to how deep and thick the previous "artist" did it. Each removal session was reasonably priced and had impressive results. After that difficult experience, I decided I wanted to be a microblading artist myself. Perla Olave, the owner of Frida, provided in-depth training sessions and allowed me to shadow her a couple times. She is an amazing instructor, but I'm not ready to try microblading on a real person yet. As it turns out, it's way harder than it looks! Now, I truly appreciate the talent, skill, and dedication it takes to be a reputable artist. Last week, she did my microblading for the first time. She did a combo brow with nanoblading. This means that there are microblade strokes at the head and nanoblade for the rest of my eyebrow. We chose this because I barely have any eyebrow hair and she had to work over a few of the botched remnants that were too stubborn for the saline removal. After the 1st session, my brows look soooo much better than I ever thought possible! I literally cannot believe that this is my face when I catch a glance in the mirror. I'm excited for the "final product" after my 2nd session in a few weeks!!! I would 1000000% recommend Perla Olave of Frida Cosmetic Art for microblading to anyone who wants great eyebrows.

Unfortunately, the service was not done properly. Multiple areas were missed, the technique was rough (including re-waxing the same sensitive area), and I left with significant irritation and bumps. I'm 15 weeks pregnant, and I had chosen this spa specifically because I wanted to feel safe and confident in the provider's experience. I reached out afterward and was offered a "touch-up," but with the irritation I experienced, it didn't feel safe to continue. This was not the level of care or professionalism I expected, and I'm really disappointed given the spa's previous reputation.

They have several to choose from, and I went with the hydrate and moisture pedi. She sold me on it when she said it came with hot stone massage. After picking my color I sat in one of their amazing massage chairs. Loved all the settings. But of course the best was the amazing leg massage with the hot stones! Get it! The salon is very clean and relaxing. Charming decor. Overall cozy feel. (I can't stand loud noisy nail salons) The technician who did my pedicure was excellent. She was very detailed and made sure I was enjoying and relaxing. The location is easy to get into. Plenty of parking.

When I tell her I didn't like them and to take them off she grabbed the owner who clearly couldn't see that her tech did an awful job. The owners excuse was I asked for too many layers of nail polish. (2 layers) as the polish was on the lighter side. I still got charged $40 for a terrible fill and had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. Luckily the owner of that salon took care of me and immediately saw how horrible the application was. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I got my eyebrows done here for the first time and it was great. It was a very gentle touch. Abbey will be my regular place to get my eyebrows done as well. I have also gotten a facial from here and it was AMAZING it was a great treatment and it soothed my face and gave me time to relax. I love how abbey takes care and time for all customers and makes sure they have a good time there. Shes works well with sensitive skin and it feels great on my face. Abbey is the absolute sweetest person! She is so kind and does an amazing job! She has been doing threading for years and is very knowledgeable and knows how to shape brows for your natural shape. She will make sure they are not too thing, fill them in for you and even tint them if you like that look! You don't have to worry about Abbey misshaping them. Some eyebrow places just go for it, but Abbey tries to give you exactly what you ask for with helpful tips and a smile! Good thing my hair grows fast. I just hate when they totally remove all the fine hair where the brow line starts. That should be narrowed down, not completely removed.
