They cost $200 for a trip to Honda to find out what the noise was under my car, $10 for the clips they broke, $350 for the rust proofing panel that was warped between them jamming it in and it rubbing on the floor. Took almost 3 hours, and only after I paid, they went "oh, by the way, your break light cover was broken when you brought it in, we didn't do that." My car was brand new, you can see where the used screw drivers and pry bars to try and get the cover off, paint was chipped around the now damaged cover. Contacted customer service, was told I'd be contacted within 3 days.... Weeks went by, I sent them a follow-up. Got the same auto-reply email. After months of cat-n-mouse, I told them they have 1 week to contact me, or I'd put them on blast. Absolutely nothing back. Will never go back, garbage company.
