You do have to wait for appointments at times, but that is because they are good, honest and fair. If you don't need work, they will tell you. These guys, you can trust.

I would pick -5 stars if possible fist off....i read all the…read morenegative reviews on ted but decided that they may have been exaggerated or sour grapes..... boy was i wrong all the negative reviews are 100 percent accurate... anyone who thinks ted is a decent man needs their head examined. I was forced to use ted because of my Lubrico warranty ( the lubrico rep Chad was amazing) my car needed a new engine and ted gave me all the assurances i needed in fact ted is famous for giving his assurances telling you how he will take care of you and give you a great price. however if you disagree with him on anything his passive aggressive attitude comes full bore at you with all the foul language he can muster. he promised my car would be ready 6 times and turned a 14 hour job into a 64 day hell ride full of his bullying, extreme profanity and empty promises. long story short he gave me a bill for 20 grand... put in a used engine when i asked for a rebuild added a 1,795 dollar warranty (i already had a warranty) charged me 14,449 dollars for a well used engine (not approved by me) and add to that the his mechanic broke off the alternator tabs that are part of the engine block.... ted mcgiverd something on his own even though i asked him to show me what broke and his method of fixing it....ted said if he says it's good that's all i need to hear...so 64 days of his constant BS i ask ted for the VIN number of the car the engine came from and he writes down a completely bogus number ... i luckily found the id tag from the "new" engine sitting on top of my old block...i grabbed it took it home to do some research ... here's what i found ...first his 14,495 $ engine only cost 9,300 but there was another engine available that had only 51k km and was in perfect condition....all for only 200 bucks more. ted never asked me which one i wanted (as i said i was waiting for him to get a rebuild from jaguar canada) i did all the research on the rebuild and gave that information to ted.fyi i found a rebuild for 14,200 with a 3 year warranty.....next he was overcharging for the hours on the engine -book hours are 14.8 and ted was trying to get 20hours.... it's a big list of add on BS charges.....I first presented my findings to Chad at Lubrico who verified my findings then presented those findings to ted...... needless to say ted was busted big time.....Chad got ted to agree to the fair price of 8,259 plus lubrico put in an additional 5,420 on top of that ....-but again once i talked to ted he was trying to get 11,200 off me (plus no extra for the rental as he promised) then i noticed he has the extra warranty of 1,795 tacked on so i told him to lose that.... he comes back with 9,212$ not 8,258.....at this point i was either going to slap him or bite the bullet and pay the crook then deal with him in court... i can't even describe his profanity al through out this ordeal... ted is a small insignificant bully who tries to intimidate and overcharge any way he can. ps) it's time to retire ted before you run that company into the ground.(i have documents and witnesses to every call and meeting with ted) see you in court teddy....
